I recently had spoken with a very nice rep. Concerning an ongoing issue with one of your products. The 6inch Black velvet fan stand. I let him know that I received two shipments with damaged stands. Approximately 7 in all. I also explained that the bases were falling off or were completely off, left in the bottom of the box. Then there were some without the base at all. Who ever packed these had to know that this had happened. The 7 arrived only to find that some had bases and others did not. Once again the packaging department staff had to know and shipped them anyway.
Tip for consumers:
Watch for the bases to be missing or have fallen off. Or are coming unattached.
