The shopping and purchase was good experience but I was unaware that the product was coming Asia. It took one month to receive the product and it was as it was described.
Pic on website showed a waffle weave texture with bright high-contrast colors. What I received was a flat matte fabric, similar to a cheap bedsheet with a print. There was no texture. Heavily edited pictures on this website. If you do buy from them, make sure it's paypal or some other means of getting your money back. You likely won't be happy, shirt is junk. The one on the website shows a lot of white -- quite a bit different than what I got. If you can imagine the texture of a clearance type bed sheet from a big box W*mart type store, that would be the fabric. Very low thread count. Nothing good to say about it. Website 24/7 chat feature - of course didn't work, no one available so I opened a dispute with PayPal.

Shopping at a different business and avoiding this one. Not interested in low quality, overpriced clothing. If it was even close to what was pictured, I would have used it -- far off, and it can go back to them.
The shirts I spent good money on the shirts; It was nothing that looked like in the web-site! It was misrepresentation! Delivery time was a snails pace! I got billed prior to receiving the items; which I was not happy about. If you want to give your hard earned money away; try drinking or pot! It is a much better than throwing your money away with these on line bandits! You have been warned!

I ordered a holiday shirt on 11/08 at 15:00 for a party and spent extra money for the express shipping to be sent 3 to 7 days. The party is today and it is the 18th and still no shirt. The tracking number does not even show any status and the confirmation email said shipping immediately. That was a waste of $37.00.

I thought I was ordering this gorgeous woven hoodie. What I got was a hoodie with the weaving printed on it, and it was shiny and silky. I will never wear it. The tracking number I have cannot be found, and in order to track the product, I had to download a package tracker which hijacked my browser. I want to return it, but it seems that I have to create an account, and find my package using the tracking number I was given. The tracking number cannot be found. I think that I am SOL. Grrr...

I've been trying to contact their customer service for over a week. I have left numerous e-mails to their support address. I even tried calling them on multiple occasions but, they never answered the phone. Ptrtty poor example of customer service.

The "Hawaiian" shirts are cheap polyester garbage. There is not even a tag on the shirt where it is made or what it is made from.

Support email is invalid! Poor Quality. These shirts are made for very tiny people and are not true to size. When I put the shirt on I felt it was going to rip apart like Hulk was mad! Another deceptive Chinese company. Product description of shirt specifically stated "cotton linen". This shirt is NOT cotton linen at all. You can tell by the feel of the fabric, plus the care label stated 100% polyester! Sleeves are extremely short. Shoulder and chest material is not to size. Basically a cheap, bad product made in china for profit not comfort or use.
Returned most of the order and still waiting for my refund. Was tole I would get one and was also told the amount and that they had received the return. The refund was made and then taken back the next day. I am also reporting them to the USPS for postal and wire fraud!
They told me that a refund to Pay-Pal takes 48 hours but a refund to a credit card, this one is from their web site, We will process the refund within a week after receiving your return package. Then when talking to Customer Service they tell you 20 - 20 days and then again on their site they say may take as long as 3 weeks. WTF, 3 weeks to plug in a number as give a refund!
Suggestion don't buy from here as material is bad, cut is bad and you will have problems getting a refund! But then this business is based in china and like all other oriental businesses they rip you off and you are always wrong and they are always right. Very bad business practice! And unethical but then again when have the chinese ever been ethical?

Devilries are weeks late. Zero tracking times for deliveries. Material is a scam - serious shrinking following gentle wash in cold water. Will never patronise this scam outfit. Warning - if you order this product, do so for two sizes larger. Most disappointing organisation.

Repeat customer and will continue to be. Shirt is soft comfortable, no iron, easy care. Print and color is outstanding. Sizing can be a gambit at times with creative variance in listed size but was happy that this XL fit me nicely! Happy with my purchase, happy with the company. When I ordered my shirts, they came with a fowl odor and were two sizes too small with stains. The first sign was that it took 3 weeks to ship (tells me it's China). Customer service? Forget it - horrible and combative. They try and persuade you to not return and play hardball (negotiating) such returns. You can even see by a simple Google Search that they just have a shell office here and run $#*!ty products into the USA. Just god awful all the way around!

I just received my shirt and I am very disappointed with the product. I should not have bought it in the first place.
First, the material is cheap. It is a synthetic non breathable material. On a hot day you will sweat a lot.
Second, it is a drip dry shirt. You cannot put it in the dryer, not even in the lowest cycle.
The above two were not mentioned in the description of the shirt.
Last, the shipping charges are only revealed once you have submitted your credit card number.
I will never buy another product from this Chinese company

I ordered two shirts from this company, in their notes they mention processing orders takes about 2-3 days, shipping 3-5 days. One of the shirts cam within the week of my ordering it. The second shirt never came after three weeks. Online status kept saying the order was "processing". I sent a complaint and they sent me a note saying they were asking the warehouse to expedite my order and then gave me a 15% discount on my next order. Over a month later the status for that one shirt still said "processing". I sent another message demanding to know what was going on. They wrote back that they were refunding my money for that shirt because they had run out of stock. Mind you, I had to write toast what the heck was going on. I will never order from Royaura again.

The products look very different in person, that said they agreed to a return and refund of unwanted items. After returning items, one month later no refund, no response to emails which before were immediate. Don't make the same mistake!

I ordered things for my husband for Valentine's Day, it's now March 1st and 4 items from this order have not shown up, not to mention I ordered one shirt for my father as an early Father's Day gift and the shirt was ordered from the fifties shirt to match the hat I ordered, got the hat and the shirt they sent with it was not the shirt I ordered, the substituted the whole puncher shirt and sent it instead, and when I contacted them about it telling them I wanted the shirt I originally ordered the made in the fifties shirt, I got the same blanket robo responses and No resolution and again never received an email stating anything had been sent with tracking numbers or anything. And then when I asked for a tracking number, just gave me some tracking number that let me know when it was released from customs. Never received a tracking number for when it was state side. So, still haven't received more than half my order and a shirt I didn't order and didn't receive a shirt that I did order. So, I'll find some other place to order for my dad and husband going forward. Customer service is bad, and the amount of time to get items you order is way too long, and they will send things or substitute things you have ordered. Better screen shot your order at time of placing the order also! So as you see in the photos the black whole puncher shirt wasn't what I ordered at all, was supposed to be a grey built in the fifties shirt that match the cap in the order. Also, the gift they send was some Santa pendant they said, was some cheap ridiculous looking moose thing that looked like my 7yr old put together. No gift at all, I could find better gifts at the freakin dollar store! Find another place to order from! And non of their customer service reps are real! They never offered to send me the correct shirt for my dad, or provide me a tracking order for the rest of my order in the states!

Clearly over seas sizes are different from the USA sizes, but they should post that on the site or state that, because clearly an XL size here is a XXXL on their site! And again one shirt didn’t arrive and they sent a shirt I didn’t order, nothing fits and can’t get ahold of a real person and no refunds or a way to send this stuff back and get the correct sizes or a refund, spent way too much t learn a hard lesson!! Won’t happen again!! Worst part was I actually liked their stuff from what I saw!

I ordered a shirt on December 10th for Christmas. It has been three weeks, I still have not received my shirt and have been unable to track it. It just shows delivered by USPS, but no location or estimated date of arrival. They also originally gave me a tracking number that shows my item was delivered in November of 2018. I ordered in 2022. A very disappointing, frustrated, angry customer here. Use another option for your online purchase if you want to receive your item. HORRIBLE experience!
