They literally said i woulsd gte my refund in 24hours havent seen it in many days, now i went to customer support and they dont even respond to me anymore they just read my messages and they are not gonna give me my gold or my money back so this company is totally full of $#*! do not buy from here

This is a scam website, I'd avoid it at all cost.

I hacked their website back in 2012-2014 sometime due to them having an email linked to godaddy that wasn't registered, so I created the email and recovered their godaddy account. I also had all their chatlogs from the live chat, lots of people accusing them of scamming.

Avoid, avoid, avoid.

I went to Rsorder.com to sell them accounts. I sent them pictures of my ID and mail to show my address. Took 5+ DAYS to get back to me. THEN, I got accused of being someone I wasn't that I guess they had done bad business with. Long story short don't waste your time on these clowns from China.

Absolutely disgusting customer service. And a total scam!
Took payment then refused to give me the gold I had brought!
Never refunded me either!

Manager used my spin the tried to say because of glitch he can issue me lowest amount on spin. After I just purchased $100 usd worth of gold. Once I addressed the issue the manager got offended then blocked me from site luckily I reached out to my bank so I could properly get a refund. Highly suggest using different sites for gold. Due to this company stealing from its customers.

They say refund in 12 hrs but never refunded, had to depute with cc company. DONT TRUST THEM - buy from a different site

I got banned for RWT days after I purchased 100M. When my temp ban was over, all the gold was removed.

Ordered 91-99 strength on osrs. They did 91-94. After a month of no activity I started contacting them. They keep ending the live chat and will not respond to emails. It seems after your transaction clears with the bank they stop the service. Its sad cause ive used them for 7 years now for gold and the one time i try power leveling I get screwed of $180 (2 orders)

Learn from me. Do not under any circumstance purchase an account from these people. The absolute lowest of the low. Jim sky is a scammer, others have said it & i should have listened. Purchased an account, built it up over the course of 3 months logging many hours only to have it recovered by "his staff" & refused refund & simply said that "staff member" was fired & he's sorry. Jagex confirmed the account was recovered by its original owner. These people will take all of your hard work just to try & resell it. You're almost guarantied a ban from purchasing gold from them, they are the least trustworthy of any black-market osrs site & use extremely dodgy tactics to scam their customers. Don't be foolish, no matter what you do, DO NOT USE RSORDER.

I'm sure there are reputable vendors out there, RS ORDER is not one of the of them. Save your self the time & headache by using literally anyone else.

To everyone thinking its a smooth process, you receive the account & you're happy, I guarantee you they will recover the account months from now, EVERYONE i spoke to encountered the same exact thing. So yes, you will get the account, but please believe me they will recover it & all of your items once you have put in a decent amount of work. Linking an email DOES NOTHING to help recover your account, Jagex can easily tell these accounts were created in China & that alone gives them the upper hand.

Jim sky & Rsorder staff should be absolutely ashamed of them selves, but they aren't. Their business is to scam people, simple as that. Learn from my mistakes!

Also Jim Sky assured me a refund after initally accusing me of trying to scam him (how tf does that work xD) & im now posting this over a month after communications began, because he is a scammer & there is nothing else to it. I have spoken to 8 additional customers that experienced the same exact thing & if there are any others i encourage you to reach out as we are working with the proper channels to shut these guys down.

Charged my card full amount, then want pictures of your ID and A PICTURE OF YOUR DEBIT CARD that you make the transaction with, records show this website is under different ownership then previous legit website. They wont provide proof of refund, and wont answer chats. DO NOT BUY HERE, Screenshot, REPOST & SHARE.

Joke of a service, making me do verification after verification i even talked to them on phone about how much the purchase was, and then this creepy chinese lady forces me to send my passport too. When is it enough? When i signed my life over to rsorder?

I bought 200M osrs gold, they made horrible crap excuses as to why im not allowed to get the gold, then everyday for a week straight have said they will issue refund, then its new the next day and wont issue refund. I post a bad review on their site until they fix the issue and they delete the bad review then randomly disconnect chats and tell me to wait for an email.

If you don't provide them with your personal identity eg. Credit Cards, Driver License or Cell Phone to call you, they won't go ahead with the order. If you've already paid them and don't want to give them your personal information and wish to get a refund, they will lie and never refund you. Completely fraudulent and disgraceful.

I've been ordering with this website for 6 years. Since the new update on the website. The new owner or customer service representatives have no common sense of customer service. They are rude and not easy to communicate with. They leave you to wait and deal with the scam they just pulled. I bought 300m for $144 via paypal and they say I need to provide ID. I don't like sending my personal information online nor does it have to necessary for any service or product. This website/company should be ashamed for losing a valued customer. I asked for my refund for a month and they still haven't refund me for the product that was promised to be delivered. Don't fall for this scam of a site

I placed a order for 58-75 defense. Said it was going to cost about $60 and take 59 hours to complete my order. I would occasionally check in on my account to discover this " Gamer " was not training my account at all during the day and only for a few hours between midnight and early in the A.M. i literally had to take some spare time during my vacation and gained 3 of those defense levels that i had paid for on my own. Here it is 56 hours later and my order will not going to be completed on time. Im paying a $1 for every hour for nothing. I have screen shots of customer support ignoring me and closing the chat without saying anything because they do not have any answers. Ive spent well over $1,000 on this site over time and i think this is the final straw. Time to move on...

I know this is a long time ago but I decided to drop it because these people are not professional. They have agreed to refund me but it took about 2 weeks to convince them to even accept what they did. After I got them to agree for a refund, they "updated" my order to "refunded". Low and behold, it has been almost a year and there has been no refund. I decided to drop it because they take forever to do what they say they would do and end up never doing it.
