I went in there for the first time and the service was really nice, but the clothes barley lasted week. The patch in my jeans ripped, and the 2 pajama pants i bought both ripped in the legs.

If they screw up your order, they provide ZERO customer service. DO NOT TRUST Rue21 to send what you ordered! They scammed me out of my money, and never shipped product I ordered. Instead, they sent a pack of HUGE 40DD bras (super ugly plaid ones)
The customer service phone number on my $292.72 receipt offering customer service has a recording stating that they NO LONGER PROVIDE CUSTOMER SERVICER by phone! STAY AWAY IF YOU WANT THAT FOR WHICH YOU HAVE PAID FOR!

It was back to school shopping time and there was nothing more I wanted than a pair of boots that at least symbolized doc martens. I went there and bought these exact boots (refer to photo) they were barely worn and somehow the materials on the toes were starting to peel off, and not to mention the bottom yellow part came half way off when I was taking them off. I definitely do NOT recommend buying the boots, Doc Martens are worth the investment.

This store just sucks in general! I like the clothes but hated going in to the store, so I would order online and have it shipped to me to avoid going there (Omaha store) now they have made it where you can order online and pick up in store only! I'll be canceling my credit card with them and finding some where else to shop!

I'm sorry but none of the skirts I tried out wouldn't fit and the trendy outfits made me look like a pregnant 14 year old I deeply apologize but I think the outfits are cute though just not on me thank you.

I was buying a jacket and it was but one get one free, so the employee told me and I went to grab one, I got another, and she told me that I was a dollar short, so I put down the dollar and she grabs it very rudely and rolls her eyes, i was being kind but she decided not to. I was very upset to be treated like this and my daughters were upset also and thought they did something, one star review for this.

I bought about 67 worth of cloths from that site. Went to check out and I was cliking a something at the bottom after I wasent sure if it went trough or not, so I kept clinking the button. The more I clicked, the more times I was ordering the same things to my bag. Beware of that button at the bottom do not click it, it`s a trap. Once you have placed your order close the site and wait for your order. Unless they`ve scamed you.

This place always has great clothes and many stiles. The workers are always welcoming and helpful. Definitely would recommend.

This site is a bit sketchy, but their clothes ended up being good. It was really comfortable material. I bought a bunch of clothes from there for cheap and wasn't disappointed with quality or way it looks (sometimes it looks completely diff from website). The only problem was returns. The site doesn't have a live/online chat which is the only thing I primarily use for help. I emailed them and they told me like 5 days later for me to package it up and return it. My question was clearly "is there a certain link I go to to start the return?". Obviously I need to notify them somehow I'm returning their stuff. I can't just leave it outside on my porch and expect to get my money back. I emailed them again asking for a link and they said a super vague answer like "our return process is easy! Package it up and put your label then bring it to nearest post office!" Like are you kidding me? WHERE DO I GET THE LABEL?! Yeah, so if you think you might want to return something = horrible customer service. Besides that, the clothes were pretty good. I just wanted to return something because I spent too much money.

Went into rue21 in deerpark horrible service no one greeted or helped me they all stood around talking and going about their business me and my daughter left never again. The manager Candice didn't say a word just followed us around the store like thieves in the night

The outlet store on International Drive in Orlando is run by filthy trash. One guy reeked so badly that you could smell him from 6 feet away. I had to leave because his stench got into my mask. The very overweight female employees have their guts hanging out of their clothes with their stretch marks and body hair showing. One underage employee didn't have enough shirt on to totally cover her bra (also had her fat gut showing). The employees at the Rue21 in my city don't dress like this. We left and went to Forever 21 and H&M instead.

The quality is so bad I have 2 pair pants that came to me. With holes already in or the seems didn't hold. 2 pair wore twice and thighs are thin now. Wasted money

I ordered a Christmas gift on Dec. 18th, 2020 that I have yet to receive. I called the customer service several times for a refund and they refused. My order apparently lost with USPS but they keep pushing back and telling me I have to deal with USPS. I ordered my items with Rue 21. Once they have your money you are on your own. I have submitted emails to this company with no response. I have never had this kind of service from a well known company who was not interested in accommodating me in any way. I will never do business with this business again.

I was at store 2635, Osceola Park, I went in at 7:57 today, Tuesday, August 8,2023. I am a frequent customer and I always buy, I never stare. They told me to leave the things I was going to buy because they were already going to close, it was 8:00, I think attending me for 10 more minutes was a lot of trouble

I ordered a sweater a couple of weeks back, I never recieved notice anything had shipped, after 2 weeks of no word, I went on their website to track down my order, it said it was delivered 2 days ago, it wasn't. Called customer service & was told what I seen on the website, again NO I never received my friggen sweater... so far I've called Fedex,. Rue21, & card i paid with... so yeah not too happy

Very poor customer service poor inadequate training for representatives who handle customers my 10 yr old granddaughter ordered ear buds card got charged and they failed a child who doesn't have parents by telling me I have to repay again after I got charged for them what kind of a company does this! I will always give you bad ratings and never shop there again in my life! Shame Shame on you Rue 21

It's the holiday season. It is busy in the store. We were not greeted. No smiles on there faces. They all looked bored to death. Three people behind the counter doing nothing. At hot topic we were told the sales. Helped out several times. And told we could get one more item. In rue we just got no talk and board faces. No one doing nothing. This is not how to run a store. The prices were higher than Hot Topic too. I think I will take my business there.

I ordered about $50 worth of clothes. Then I received an email that my order has been shipped back the the store for no apparent reason after I waited 3 weeks for my package. Then didn't receive a refund or my package. I've emailed them millions of times and all they say is I'm sorry for the inconvenience. The customer service hotline doesn't even work. I do not recommend shopping online at Rue 21.

I've been coming to rue 21 for years they had really good plus size options for the price on SOME items jeans are always over priced and always thin in the middle super fast but they make you look and feel great for a little while and I used to love buying the dresses it's all I use to wear in the summer I still have some of my old stuff from 2016/2017 I sleep in but the new stuff doesn't last and I have very few options anymore the stuff just isn't as cute as it use to be and instead of going in during covid I've placed online orders I placed my second one, everything was great on the first one, the second one how ever they split my order up for some weird reason and cancelled a pair of shorts I had idk I'f I still got my discounts but when I got my rue 21 black bag it was just a pair of jeans not the rest I inquired about the rest of my order today wanting a update and customer service said my order was delivered together marked by front door idk I got my jeans but not the rest I'm going to email or call ups in the morning and see what they say about the order but After this I'm probably gonna check out torrid

I sat down for hours browsing through the site and selecting items. After I made my purchase, an hour later I got an email saying my order has been cancelled. Now I have 3 different holds on my account for the one purchase. They are now holding on to up to $600 for me and I don't have an order. SMH. Worst I tried reaching out to customer service and nothing. Do not shop here, the site is like a fraud!

I ordered about $100 worth of cloths from rue 21 and half of them have been canceled/delayed. They kept emailing me saying that the order had been delayed and would arrive shortly. Still haven't received my items after 6 days AFTER BUYING 2 DAY SHIPPING. Got an email saying my order arrived. But i haven't received anything.

So excited to order a package from rue21 since their prices are so good and they have some of the latest trends for their products. The colored pants I got were only $20 which is amazing, the fit and the quality were great too! I got so many new pieces for spring and so excited to wear them!
