Was a bit iffy at first then after I spoke to both Chaim and Alex, all went very smoothly from there. Delivery was very quick, product was great - very satisfied customer here! Recommend this company.
I ordered a rug 1 month ago. I still have not received the rug. When phoning on the number shown on the site an answering machine takes the call. Calls never get returned. I don't know how to get hold of them to refund my money. Crazy how these people can take your money and never answer or respond. But so quick to take your order. Don't order from them I won't even give them 1 star but to submit my review I have to select how many stars I give them.

And I can’t get hold of anyone to speak to. They have an answering machine but nobody returns calls. And I have phoned on different days at different times.
