I ordered two rugs for my home in Italy but even realizing that they were being shipped from South Carolina, USA. The shipping cost was reasonable. The first rug arrived and I loved the colors and quality. So I ordered another for my dining room. That one had shipping problems but this company assigned a person to help me track the shipment. She actually had to order a second rug but it arrived fine. I'm now ordering another rug and I know it'll be perfect.

I usually like to touch/feel a product before purchasing but living in rural Maine, it's quite time consuming, and expensive considering the price of gas, to find what I want. Then the logistics of getting it home in a car. The web site is quite user friendly, prices great, and free shipping. Because colors can vary on the computer it is a bit challenging to get a true picture, but reading the reviews helped a lot for that.

So far the experience has been great; just placed order for 1st time w this company. I like it that you can see what product looks like in your own home!

The various views and specification details of the rugs were very helpful. The overall color should be listed under choices. The overall color was difficult to locate.
Ask questions but no response or a seeming generic and believe received a thank you. No statement communication was seemingly unavailable, actually the opposite was presented. Telephone number for real conversation ought be prominent. With clock running out was pressured to buy. I just wanted a professional suggestion for a tough, modest cost kitchen rug to place over a very challenged linoleum.
In general the website was satisfactory and an improvement over passed sites. Thank you!

Pleasant - Nice Website but wished it offered comparison shopping of a few choices to make shopping even easier.

Website is very intuitive, easy navigation and website is FAST loading photos or changing sizes. I hesitated to buy a rug that's a "bit wild" for me, as it's sometimes hard to imagine color and pattern online, but I really wanted something that was FUN this year (just sayin')!... My "wild side" totally kicked in when I saw their generous shipping and return policy. Very Impressed with order process so far. Wish me luck. I'll post a photo if it works out, as I am hoping!

I love the website and the easy ordering. There is a large variety of rugs on the site. I did have difficulty with the picturing item in my room option but my imagination is pretty good. I haven't received the rug yet, so I'm only reviewing the ordering process.

Rugs.com is an abundant source for rugs for any budget. I chose a very inexpensive option as an entry runner. The rug arrived within a week, well wrapped and in great condition. It really brightens up my space and makes a great statement. Although rugs.com had some amazing rugs that I drooled over, choosing what I can afford meets my current needs. My experience exceeded my expectations, especially considering the modest cost.

Found this site after seeing an ad on social media... was in serch of an area rug and was pleased to see that this site was based in South Carolina! So tried them out and ordered 2 area rugs. One indoor and one outdoor. Both were shipped and received in a timely manner and came true to description! Pleased with the rugs and the whole experience of ordering online with Rugs.com... so much so that I have gone back to them 2 more times to order a couple of entry way rugs!

Wonderful experience from the time I logged on. Looking for something after putting down new floors in the entire upstairs. Great choices of everything to pick from.
Multiple sizes, wonderful colors and huge selections. Very easy to find anything you wanted by size, color, rug description, etc. Taking advantage of the sale was even better. Will place additional order later.

Delivered in just a few days. Like others have mentioned, you need to off gas and I am hopeful the lines disappear due to folding. I ordered the beige colored one with brown swirls. The background color of the rug has a lot more darker brownish tones than the picture but it will still work and probably won't look so dirty too quickly. The quality is great for the price on sale. Lastly I don't think I need an under mount to prevent slippage. I would suggest ordering without and then make your own decision.

Like the product and the shopping experience. Would prefer not to use FedEx Ground but rather UPS. Had several bad experiences with FedEx Ground, loosing product, delivery driver doing damage to our property and then not taking care of the damage. Just not a good experience.
