I bought a WHITE rug and it arrived GREY! I requested a refund and the company refused to pay the shipping label, although on its page it doesn't say that I must pay the shipping to return it. They have a list of items that the customer is responsible for, but my item is not listed. This company doesn't care about customer experience. I had to dispute the transaction.

This company really has a lot of gumption on reviewing some of their answers and responses to people giving them bad reviews. This company is not successful because they have no customer service. I ordered a rug on August 3,2022 they charged my credit card never updated me with any information of shipping, numerous emails and attempts to contact them without success and then they post on their website they are taking a break on their e-commerce business. No information on my order, with again numerous attempts they don't answer emails, you cannot get any of their forms that they state you are to request status information on your order only after 10 days from date of order, and then if you want to cancel your order again you must fill out their cancellation form. But those forms are non-existent now that they have abandoned their e-commerce website and without any notice to those people who they have taken money and not delivered their product, like you said to one of your previous customers that is stealing RugsDoneRight words right out of your own mouths.

Stay away from this company. Sounds to good to be true usually there are problems, this company lacks a business model, it simply goes by what it feels like doing there is no customer service and has no moral compass.
I ordered my rug back in January. It is mid May and I have not yet received it. I have contacted them no less than 5 times since ordering to get an order update. Not once have they initiated an update themselves. I understand that the pandemic has interfered with shipping and inventory. I'm very empathetic to that. But communicating that with customers is the very minimum we should expect from a retailer. At the time of ordering, I should have been told that my order would be delayed. Not a single update was sent to me. So very disappointing. I'll be curious to see if this review makes it onto their website, which will be another good indicator as to how they value customer service.
Purchased 2 Runners from them and tried to return the week after I received them, color didn't work so I tried to contact the Company with no response and tried to fill out a return form that did not exist! I contacted my Credit Card Co. To tell them what was going on so it was put in dispute, during this time Rugs Done Right put me into Collections so I had to call my Credit Card Co. To release the funds to them so I could save my Credit, now they have their money and will not even talk to us about returning the rugs after Kelly at Rugs Done Right had told us they would take the Rugs back and give us a store credit which is not happening now since they have their money back. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

I ordered a rug and right after I did the same rug came that I originally ordered for $39. This rug wa $75 SAME RUG! Canceled right away. NOT EVEN 2 hrs later. The next day I received a email stating they could not stop it & THEN I received an email stating the rug was shipped. Now I'm trying to send it back there is nothing else this company has that I want & they to me I had to do an enen exchange. I NEVER EVEN REMOVEED IT FROM THE BAG! SO ANGRY... Ripped my off of $75.
I ordered a rug through Houzz, which is apparently one of the places Rugs Done Right deals with. I discovered immediately that I could get the rug for $100 less. I tried to cancel, and Houzz sent a message that I would hear in three-five days. Needless to say, the rug shipped before they even got to me, and I am now responsible for paying return shipping. Rugs Done Right knows this, and aside form the fact that they are making an inordinate profit because their free shipping really isn't ( it's tacked onto the price of the rug), they make no attempt to rectify the problem. Do not deal with Rugs Done Right OR with Houzz.
Please review the law. You will learn that merchandise not paid for is theft. You received your rugs months ago, and never requested a return through the form, chat, or email. When you failed to pay for the merchandise we sent the matter to the debt collector. You are one of four people ever sent to collections in the 20 years we've been in business.
