Imagine paying $200 for clothing and over $70 on shipping and over 2 weeks later your still trying to get ANY kind of response from ANYONE at the company? Are Runtz even legit? Does anybody reply to emails sent to *******@runtz.com? From what I can tell there is NO customer service at Runtz.com! So much for trying to support a brand you love directly. Order is R14285 if you care at all or can/want to help in any way?

This is not a real business they are a scam they stole money no response cash app or Apple Pay only not a real company
NO RESPONSE FROM ORDER. STOLE MY MONEY HORRIBLE! I SENT EMAILS AND TEXT SEVERAL TIMES NEVER HEARD BACK OTHER THAN THEY WILL CHECK ON MY ORDER WITH NO RESPONSE
