They have a great variety of clothes where you will find something for everyone. I never had a problem with anything I bought and the clothes have always been of excellent quality. I have been forced to purchase alternative gifts from other companies which arrived within 10 days! There is no contact number & no customer service. 1 star is too many. Please don't use Covid as your reason for such poor performance - your website provides a timeframe that has no truthful basis. You set a horrible business model!

I hesitate to even give "one" star. My friend had ordered the large "Red" Nina bag for me as a present. I still have not received it, and I have tried many attempts to reach them, but no response. They may have advertised as a Los Angeles company, but I think their products are coming from China. Their customer service is awful, and of course they don't have a phone number to reach them directly. Very disappointed.
I purchased a dress for a friends birthday (it wasn't cheap). This was the end of March. It is now Mid-May and I've emailed every single email I could find. Nothing. Sooooo disappointed that it seems they are stealing money from people. I'm a teacher, so I'm already struggling and really would like to get some money back.

I purchased a bag from this company back in September and have not received any information about the delay or the shipping and tracking information. In fact, I have not heard from them at all despite multiple attempts to contact them.
Don't trust the five star reviews either. I could potentially believe a two or three star review, but any review that doesn't talk about fact that orders are not being sent is a fake one.
Do not waste your time with this fake company trying to scam you.
This company is ridiculous, if it's actually a real company. I ordered dressy style jogger pants, and 3 weeks later still hadn't received them. I reached out via email on 3 different occasions, was never able to find a customer service phone number. I didn't get a single response from this company. I was charged the price of the pants, but they never shipped. They kept sending me ‘updates' and then even had the audacity (after three emails asking where my pants where) to send me a request for a review! Unbelievable and a total scam. Don't buy anything from this company. Now starts the process of removing the charge from my card.

I sent emails Instagram messages no response! Then someone accidentally like my pictures on Instagram but never responded. I wanted a refund because once I received the purse it was not the color I thought it would be to match some shoes I'd just bought for a wedding! I would never but from them again I would have given a -100 if I could!

I ordered 5 dresses and got the delivery fast except when I opened my order only one dress was as advertised. I ordered v-neck dresses and got round neck and weird material for all but one. I've emailed 4 times with no response to fix order and there is no telephone number. Very disappointed.

I am extremely disappointed in this company. They didn't hesitate to take my credit card number for purchases, but my purchase still has not shown up, and it has been months! I ordered 2 pairs of the Cat Sequin joggers on Sept 21, and as of today, Nov 12, they still have not shown up. I have contacted them via email, as this is the only way to get in touch with someone; apparently, 5 emails have gone out to them, and still NO response. Their customer service SUCKS, as I have never seen. I highly recommend NOT buying anything from this company because you will probably never get it.

Once I placed my order my the payment came right out of my account and you guys sent me a order number #*******. I've been sending multiple emails and I've still yet heard any feedback. Today you guys sent me asking me send a review about my purchase stating how I like purchase that I still haven't received anything or tracking number it has been over 6 weeks and still haven't heard anything.

The purse is really cute but it's not made in LA as they're trying to make us think. It ships from China. Processing of the order itself took 8 days. I've ordered stuff from China before even during the pandemic and they didn't need an entire week to process my order. Also, there's no option to cancel your order, otherwise I would've cancelled it long before. Customer Service can only be reached via email and they don't even have their own domain, they use gmail! I would've returned my order for a refund but a lot of reviews I found on Google mentioned about not getting their money back and I don't want to risk it. No wonder there's no option to cancel the order, otherwise a huge percentage of buyers would've cancelled their order already. And the purse itself is too expensive for something made in China.
Oh and the handle was bent because of the packaging. They're advertising it to be a luxury item so the least they could do is pack it properly but no, it wasn't even on a box. It was wrapped by plastic like a ball which bent the handle.

I order a pair of palazzo pants, paid the $20 shipping fee. It took over 6 weeks to arrive and they were NOT what I ordered. I immediately emailed the company since there is no phone number to be found, and have heard nothing. 4 emails and no reply's. Disgusting. Stay away from this company.
I received a Nina bag but unfortunately handle of bag is totally defective! I've emailed the company twice but haven't gotten any response! There is no number to contact them! I'm very disappointed as to their lack of service!

I ordered two items on Nov 1st. As of Dec 6th only one has been delivered. Company does not answer emails regarding status. I can understand if its late BUT let the customer know!
Please never buy from this company. They never sent my purse or responded to repeated e-mails. I finally got the purse some 2 months later. It was not as advertised. I purchased 2 purses for a total of $227.00 from their website on 01/27/22. I have not received an email of my order status or if it has been shipped. I have sent 3 emails and no response. There is no phone number associated with this business. On 02/09/22, I reached out by messaging this business on their Instagram page and left comments on their most current posts to get their attention. The business messaged me back stating they will look into my order, but have not received a response after that. They also deleted my comments on the photos I posted comments to. On 02/11/22, I repeated reaching out to them and posting messages on their current photos hoping for a response, but I don't think I would get a response from them. To date, I have not received a response, no bags, and I am out $227.00. This is business is a SCAM! I have placed review comments on Better Business Bureau and will reach out to State of California Department of Consumer Affairs. If you don't want to get scammed, please stay away from this business.

I ordered 2 pairs of shorts from this company at the beginning of May, 2020. I emailed them about 6 weeks later to ask why I hadn't received the shorts but was charged for both pairs immediately ($69.97). They apologized and sent one pair - a pair of shorts I had not ordered. They will not respond to my emails now. I have not received what I ordered nor have I received a refund. The email they originally responded to was *******@gmail.com.
