Worst service I ever had! Adam the general manager is a horrible manager who doesn't care about customer complaints. My vehicle went in for warranty work and they broke my door panel and told me it's $120 to replace. I refused to pay for something they broke and was told they would put the broken one back on. After 4 hour of sitting there, they brought my van back with a broken headlight seal and fluid in the headlight. The manager left instead on dealing with the issue and said he will call tomorrow. He called the next night after we contacted him and spoke to my husband. Adam refused to talk to the mechanic about this and refused to check security cameras. He made a comment to my husband saying he's a $#*!ty husband to let his wife sit at a dealership for 4 hours. My husband told Adam he was at work, Adams response was yeah right, you probably don't have a job. Adam then said to my husband how it's funny that as soon as his wife noticed the headlight and fluid he was able to be at the dealership in 10 minutes. My husband was on his way home from work, in Milwaukee and when I called after noticing the headlight he came straight to the dealership instead of going home, since they already screwed us with breaking the door panel and trying to charge us for a new one. My husband kept telling him that he is the general manager and this is his job. The conversation ended with Adam saying he would not look into this situation and told us to take care, take care of our $#*!ty van, and our $#*!ty headlight!

TOOK MY VEHICLE IN FOR OIL CHANGE AND TIRE ROTATION. ALSO JUST WAXED VEHICLE, WHEN I GOT IT BACK BIG OIL MARKS ALL OVER HOOD AND FRONT OFF TRUCK. EASY JOB RIGHT. NOT. LIVE IN MAYVILLE, WI GOT HOME NOTICED PUDDLE OF OIL UNDER VEHICLE. CALLED DEALERSHIP AND RETURNED TO DEALERSHIP NEXT DAY. FOUND OUT TECH NEVER REPLACED GASKET ON DRAIN PLUG. HAD CLEANED OIL HAND MARKS ON FRONT OF TRUCK FROM PRIOR DAYS SERVICE. GOT IT BACK AGAIN WITH OIL AGAIN OVER FRONT OF VEHICLE. GO HOME AGAIN AND THEN NOTICED CROME VALVE CAPS WERE MISSING. CALLED AGAIN AND ROB WHO WAS VERY HELPFULL ORDERED NEW CAPS AND HAD TO GO BACK AGAIN. DID REVIEW ON LINE AND RECIEVED E-MAIL FROM SERVICE MANAGER JORDAN SEAGREN TO CONTACT HIM TO RESOLVE ISSUES. CALL ED THURSDAY JUNE 8TH AND LEFT MESSAGE ON HIS VOICE MAIL AS OF TODAY, WED. JUNE 14TH HAVE NOT HEARD FROM HIM. WILL NO LONGER DO DEALINGS WITH THEM. WILL TAKE BUISNESS ELSE WHERE.

I was working with salesman Steve on a 2014 Prius Lease and I said," I would like the best deal you can give me on 24 month lease with $2200 down at signing with $199 month. "Oh for our customers in West Bend we have a county discount for Washington County it is $230 per month with no down payment, but for our out of county residents like yourself it is $260 with no down payment." I asked specifically, "Hey this is a 35 minute drive out to your dealer from Brookfield. If this is bait and switch to get me out there and your going to tell me, "Oh by the way its $300 per month with no money down just tell me now so as not to waste my time." Steve told me the price you get will be $260 a month if your credit score is good with no down payment, I was told by Steve. I get there I have credit score over 750 and Steve tells me, "well I can give you the $260 but it is with $800 down." I wanted to him to Fu#$%$ O^&!. "Oh well the best we can do is $300 per month on 24 month lease with no money down. Look just be honest with your customers Steve and your bone head dishonest managers. PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE DON'T DO THIS TO ANOTHER CUSTOMER! Every other dealer I dealt with was honest except Wild Toyota who tried to stiff me out of $1700 on offering me $22,000 for a 2010 Pilot when Carmax offered me $24,000 AND THEN WANTED TO CHARGE FOR THIS ON THE LEASE. Both Russ Darrow in West Bend and Wilde will never ever earn my business in the future. I bought 2008 Honda Accord Coupe with V6 Manual from Wilde Honda in Waukesha and the gear box had to be completely replaced after 10,000 miles. The brakes after 17,000 miles in the back with normal driving what a piece of crap. I had an awesome experience at Heiser Toyota where they gave me a great deal on the Prius II and gave it to me in writing before I got to the store and they kept their word, how rare in the car business. With my experience with Wilde Toyota on Hwy 100 Milwaukee and my experience with Russ Darrow in West Bend they will never ever get my business in the future I can promise you that. If it sounds like I am ranting you bet I am as long as we have free speech in this Country I have a voice and will use it.
