Despite looking like a small private business website that sells famous brands in America, beware. This is a Chinese website parading as a domestic American goods store. I was searching for some sold out Dansko sandals, and amazingly I thought I found them here. I should have known it was too good to be true. What I received were some cheap, tacky, Chinese brand pumps. When I returned to the site, "Contact Us" only has a fillable form, no phone number. I wrote a message there and I also replied to the email that I received when my purchase was confirmed. I went back and forth with the person behind the email (best-sales.cn). They said their shipping department sent my order to someone else and I got the other person's order and will work on the best way to make up for the mistake. They never said they would send the correct item to me or offer to refund my credit card, just "we are working on how to make up for the mistake". UPDATE: They told me to keep the wrong shoes and keep insisting I place a new order, with a 30% discount and they promise to send the right ones this time. I keep insisting they refund me. AVOID THIS WEBSITE.
