Color looked much better & cooler in person. Zero complaints. First time working with Rvinyl, or vinyl in general, and though challenging, it was easy enough! The vinyl did exactly what I needed to.

The best vinyl. My old vinyl on my motorcycle lasted 3 years in Albuquerque sun. I only had to replace the vinyl now after thieves stole my bike and scratched it. The vinyl was so tough it protected my plastics when they dropped it so all I have to do is replace the vinyl. The bright purple vinyl also helped me get my bike back. It was only spotted cause of how striking it looked.

Great delivery experience and everything you could ask for in shopping for window tint. Absolutely love that it's already trimmed to the model of your vehicle

Read instructions and watched Rvinyl precut window videos several times, I used recommended supplies and procedures, cleaned windows several times, pre shrunk with heat gun outside, sprayed solution liberally an could not avoid creases in finished application. Re watched videos repeatedly. FAILED on 5 separate windows.
Two Conclusions,
1- I am novice
2- The cheapest vinyl sucks

As a first time user, I can see it would have been a better idea to buy some cheaper vinyl to practice with. It sticks to itself like duck tape, and there is definitely a learning curve about how to manage it, especially trying to do so without a helper buddy. I'm going to ask a wrap shop to finish it for me because it just was too challenging just to do the trunk lid.

I'm not too sure yet on the actual product because it's a Christmas gift for my husband who is offshore so once he opens it, I can update my review. But I can say that the site was simple. Ordering was great. Tons of options in colors to choose from which was the hardest part! Shipping was actually pretty quick. It didn't even take a week!

Ordered and paid for window tinting for my 2021 Bronco on 01/17/2024, as of 02/07/2024. Company has given me a UPS tracking number that tells me the product will be here "today", but never shows up. Company has washed their hands of the matter and UPS told me the shipper must start the claim. Their customer care department is the worst I have ever dealt with. Collet Jay R (Rvinyl) is the worst representative for the company, lies!

So it was my first time ordering some vinyls.I had made a mistake and ordered the wrong Color honest mistake i contact them. Told them, I need to return it just to get the right one. Not want my money back and they won't issue me a refund or exchange it for the right color I need. When I spent over a $150 for this wrap now I cannot even use. When they said it's in their policy. When I was ordering, it did not once say all sales are final or nothing on the website, so they proceeded to be $#*!s And not help me out for making a simple mistake.
And just being scumbags. So I will never order from them again.I recommend no one else orders from them again.Their product quality of very poor and over priced.So do yourself the favor and don't order from these scumbags

I received assistance ordering a specific color I needed, however the next day I was informed that the product suggested was out of stock after purchase. It was listed as in stock when I ordered it. I had to order another color that was semi similar. When I advised that the product was listed as being in stock on the website the csa advised me I should email to confirm first in the future. Um, no thank you. I don't know if I will be ordering from here again if this is the standard process.

HimmmI guess I. Ok bought a trail size 🤷🏾‍ because there no way I could even wrap 1 rim let alone 4 with the sheet I received. Very nice & silky though.

Quick and easy to find. Slight delay in website response but overall; good.

I was able to find my product that no one else had except for a very very large quantity order. Once shipped it arrived faster than expected.

I did have trouble with getting it to go around the rim it kept coming loose after being tucked in.

Have used this tint before. Never had an issue. Looking forward to installing it on my new truck.

Fast shipping and good service. Unfortunately the color wasnt a match to what I was trying to do so I went another route but thats my choice not the companies fault.

I needed a 2006 Miata clear protective bra which Rvinyl "sold" to me. Days went by with no tracking info coming in. When I contacted them they needed my car VIN# which was not a question on the website. Rvinyl had not even started yet. The next day they contact me asking for the make, model, sub model,and the year.? The following day Rvinyl tells me they are able to make this kit and gave me a complete refund. Wasted my time and the installer's time I had lined up.

Color matched the internet pic pretty accurately. Very workable and easy to use. I would definitely use these products again.

Awesome business. Superfast delivery! I just wish there was a phone service to business over.

I've been using Rvinyl for about two years now and have always had great success with them.

Package arrived in good condition. I have had previous issues with other company but Rvinyl is pretty reliable

Purchased a 45x5ft vinyl wrap which arrived heavily damaged without any packaging. The customer service team reassured me on numerous occasions that a replacement was being sent and the damaged part was not needed to ensure proper compensation. After 2 weeks of daily check ins, it turns out they had no plans to send a replacement and started sending someone to my house daily to pick up the damaged part unannounced. Since I don't work from home, I have been unable to hand the parts off in person and am no longer able to contact the Rvinyl team as they have stopped responding to my emails and blocked my phone number. No replacement or reimbursement has been made. I consider this nothing short of a $1500 scam!

Dissatisfied customer. Ordered what I thought to be interior trim for my car (to help "eliminate" chrome appearance) and received stickers that had little to no adhesion. Inquired on refund 24 hours after item was delivered and was advised refunds were not permitted. Offered "store credit" instead.
