We were told our points would not be lost. Well that was a lie, mine are gone and other people said there points are gone also, some with a lot of points. It is a very sneaky way to do business. Some say we were emailed. That the points would be gone. I never got a email nor did other players. Not a great way to develop a player to play at your casino. We will see what will happen.
BE VERY CAREFUL IF YOU EVEN TRY TO GET MONEY THEN REFUSE THE FEE THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY ANYWAY WHEN YOU TRY TO GET IT BACK THEY RUN YOU AROUND FOR OVER A MONTH THEN TELL YOU YOU HAVE TO TAKE IT UP WITH THE FINANCIAL INSTITUTION THAT THEY SUPPORT AND SPONSOR
