With the advent of Lithium batteries and I use them on my boat for trolling motor and electronics hard to beat. The unit performed well cleaning off 4 bigger driveways but Need at least 4 40 volt batteries as you get about 2 hours of blowing Snow...its light, quiet and rugged...I like it, i have a 28" 2 stage which is now just used for heavy and deep snow...Keep up the good work RYOBI
The worst customer service I have ever experienced. Help+ on their site does not work called customer service 38 mins later still no person. So how do I get this near $300 framing nailer fixed that's less than a month old? Avoid at all cost spring for the dewalt or Milwaukee.
Own drills, circular saw, table saw, brad nailer, staple gun, electric and battery sanders, jig saw, 2 hand held blowers, 12 batteries,4 chargers many others Ryobi products.

I am months from being 78, under 5', who decided with the right equipment I could save money and mow my own yard! Had a male friend get the battery operated mower put together and show me how to use it. I was delighted to then do my front and back yards with no further help. The mower has 2 lithium -ion batteries, lasting about 30 minutes each, 16'' width cut and the handle can be lowered for shorter people to use easily. I had no trouble emptying the grass catcher bag either. The price was just over $300 and hopefully will last me for along time. Happy mowing to the rest of you folks too!
Tip for consumers:
That even an elderly person could use this large product easily and safely.

If I could give it a 0, I would. Beware of the scam. They have a warranty that has to be serviced by an independent shop CCR Mower and Equipment in Maryland. I purchased a costly Ryobi lawn mower that broke down during warranty and it has been sitting at the repair shop for almost months. Everytime you call the shop they promise to have it ready in two weeks. It has been quite a few two-weeks and still nothing. I called customer service several times and the issue is not solved yet. I asked for it to be escalated to management but they say they have to speak again with the shop. They do have the log for my several calls and their communication with their service provider? Very dishonest and unprofessional. I would not recommend this brand to anyone.
We have several Ryobi products and are totally satisfied with all. They are very well made and do a great job. Would buy all Ryobi products due to the quality and prices of these products.

I'm a 65 year old woman and the 18V pole saw, stapler and staple gun have made mending things on the farm sooooo much easier. I can even trim around my deer stand with the pole saw! Sweeeettt!
I just un-boxed my second Ryobi product, first one was a gas powered chain saw and today was a battery operated sidewalk edger. Works great and has plenty of power for all the area I need it for. Triple driveway, 90 foot in length and sidewalks of 35 feet and another one of 65 feet. Love the unit!

Waited several hours on hold for a replacement part that was missing at purchase. I was then told it was not their problem and it needed to be returned to Home Depot. When I voiced my frustration with the hold time and their resistance to send a $.30 part that was missing, the associate was rude. Would not recommend based on customer service practices.
I use only ryobi tools in by shop I purchase used john deere mowers and feburshe them ryobi has all the tools I need to get the job done. And I like the fact that the same battery works on all my tools should not use any other brand

GREAT DEVICE WELL WORTH THE MONEY! HAVE BEEN LOOKING FOR A LONG TIME ON A PORTABLE INFLATOR. FITS MY REQUIREMENTS.
Purchased 18 volt string trimmer/edger May 2,2020. Instructions easy to follow and battery charged right up. First use was great! So much easier than gas weedeater I had. Powerful enough even on low speed to do edging and weed eating sound front and back of our 1/3 acre of grass and beds at our home. Price was very good and tool seems to be sturdy yet lightweight and worked very well. Would recommend to family, neighbors and friends.
The ryobis products are good. I have a lot of then and I have been best moments in use. I can continue buying.
Bought a vacuum and within a year it stopped working. I reached out to customer service and had the worst experience ever. Finally after hours I got ahold of someone who I had to send proof of purchase to and then he hung up on me. Luckily I had his email and continued to follow up. My vacuum was replaced by a similar one (since it was under warranty) but the piece of garbage they sent me doesn't hold a charge. I have to charge it everytime I use it. Will be purchasing a new vacuum soon and will NOT be using this brand.

I have the whole set of Ryobi tools and love them. They hold charge for a long time and are quick to recharge. I also like the fact that they are not heavy to hold for a long time. My neighbor got me this one for Christmas because I was always borrowing his. The small drill is perfect for use inside finishing my cabinets.
Great battery hedge trimmer! We have had it 2 weeks- so easy to handle, start and carry! I am 6 foot tall, my wife is 5 foot tall; she can handle it easily. She used it to clear out weeds, small tree strous and tangles of various growth to get to blackberry vines- worked great.
I recently had an unfortunate experience with a Ryibi product, and I feel compelled to share my thoughts to warn others. First and foremost, let me say that the quality of the product itself was disappointing. It broke easily, which was frustrating in itself. However, what made matters worse was the abysmal process for submitting a warranty claim.
There's simply no easy way to go about it. The phone wait times are absurdly long, to the point where you'll likely give up out of sheer frustration. It's almost as if their customer service is structured to discourage you from even attempting to file a claim. It's a deliberate tactic to make the process so cumbersome that customers eventually throw in the towel and move on.
I can't stress enough how frustrating this experience has been. Dealing with Ryibi's warranty claims is akin to running in circles. They seem to have perfected the art of giving customers the runaround. It's clear that their priority lies in avoiding honoring warranties rather than providing genuine support to their customers.
Based on my experience, I strongly advise against purchasing any Ryibi product. Not only are they prone to breaking easily, but you'll also find yourself completely unsupported when it comes to warranty claims. Save yourself the hassle and look elsewhere for your tools and equipment needs.
I started purchasing Ryobi tools around 15 years ago as an HVAC mechanic, quality and durability has never been an issue on job sites. Collection had grown to include trimmers, blowers, lights, saws, drills and much more. My family knows what to purchase for me at Christmas, birthdays and fathers day. I wish I could find the 18 volt pool vacum in Canada, any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Absolutely love the Ryobi product line. Can't wait to see what I get this father's day.
