Overall very responsive service. But it could have avoided a few steps if credit card payment was automatically deducted and ticketing process was fully automated. I felt a little unease with this not-so-well-known site.
The agent helped me was a little off, she took a long time to check the request, about 20-25 mins, and quote me the ridiculous price compare to what I already paid, then she drop it down significant (350 to 100) and sent me an email with the total of 206 per Customer when it just only me. All the proccess was so confused and not transparent at all.
Clear and responsive flight options from many reputable airlines, best prices that I have found so far and trustworthy bookings for my family.

I'm shocked by how cheap flights can be. It was also super easy to upgrade and book my flight. Took me less than 5 minutes. Then, it took about 2 hours for my booking to be confirmed. I was nervous that the site wasn't legit, but I received my confirmation code for my Delta flights in the booking confirmation, and put that code into Delta, and I am booked!
I’m traveling abroad as a student, and I don’t have all of the money in the world, so using this was my best option by a long-shot. I’m really excited about the student discount on my flights. I will definitely be using this in the future!

Affordability, site is easily maneuverable
We coudl not book the flight. I tried three times, and chatted with a rep. They were sayign that the fare price went up. That was not true as I coiuld see the exact same fare on united.com and on Priceline.com. I then went and verified some details in the profile and tried again. Then it went through. I wasted an horu of my time plus 20 minutes of the rep's time. Please train your people to know what the issues are.
We had to because it was required for travel on this Italy trip run by Fairfield Univ.

This website is a scam and if it isn't than coustumer service is the worst ever, and there is something wrong with the billing department because every ticket I purchase is declined.

Flights and promo codes that reflect available, aren't always available. After 3 attempts, I was finally able to secure a reservation. But this time, the promo code would not work. Support was no help as they state the code was for limited redemption even though the terms listed on website do not mention it.
