The delivery carrier D&L left a little to be desired and gave me less than 5 minutes notice of when they would be at my house. Luckily I left work early and had just gotten home when they called. Both boxes were in rough shape, but my items were fine.
Yet another place to sell "air". Claim to have items in stock, charged the CC, excuses and lies. No advertised product, nothing to ship.
Excellent presentation of the neck pillow. Online ordering was very efficient. Product is as advertised and the price was competitive, even better than Amazon. Highly satisfied and will use them for similar purchases in the future.

I always feel more secure on line using Amex - that is my only complaint - - otherwise I will let you know when I receive my product in a timely fashion
Very easy I hope this item get delivered FAST, as we are expecting our sofa to be delivered this Thursday, but it is NOT equipped w/ a cup holder.
I still haven't received a confirmation email for my order. I got the email to create an account and the link was expired less than an hour later.
They have amazing customer service and was willing to do everything to the best of the ability. I had a wrong part sent to me and got the next corrected part in a week with free goodies! Very good communication with me through the whole process.
Pretty straightforward. But did get hung up on an entry error that forced me to back out and start over.
I would have spent over the $1000 threshold in order to get the discount but I could not apply it at checkout.
Ordering process was easy. Customer service representatives were available via web chat whenever I had a question. Office staff was friendly and helpful when I spoke with them by phone.
I checked the box that my billing and shipping address were the same, but the order didn't process as it said my First name could not be blank. So I had to refill out the form and uncheck the box and manually type in the name and address for it to successfully process the order.
First I need to praise the customer service of Sarah Vollmer. She worked with me on the order, leather choices, tracking, ect... The theater seats themselves are nicely made and the leather looks and feels great. Mechanisms are quite. No disappointments here. Assembly is very easy - each seat comes in 2 pieces, the back slides into 2 rails and "click" lock together. Since the pieces are bulky, 2 people make this an easy job. The chaise seats came with 2 brackets (to bolt them together) but no instructions. 1 call and they sent me in minutes a diagram. I didn't bother to bolt them together since they are sitting on carpeting and they don't slide apart.
nit picking - the arm rest storage is huge (very deep goes to the floor), not sure why its so deep. If you drop a remote in there its a reach to retrieve. The optional theater trays are not perfectly level but slope a bit. No real harm since its so minor but it could be better tooled. Lastly, if you have a soda can in the cup holder and you have a theater tray it wont rotate over the soda can (soda can hits the underside of the tray). The tray should have a longer post so the tray can swing over it.
In closing, nice purchasing experience and a nice solid product. Watched football all weekend and everyone loved them, including the dog who carved out a chaise seat for himself. I would recommend.
I enjoyed the site. The checkout process was a little sticky. It seemed authentication was timing out during the ACH process.
LOVE everything except you don't take AmEx or Paypal :-( I would have given 5* if I had been able to use my prefered payment type.
