Yes, I'm ready to tell my experience now of SeniorMatch because it has really been a long time, and many things to say. The app is really well put together and straight away it helped me communicate with a lot of people. I've found more compatible people on SeniorMatch than I saw on all the other apps I've been on so I'd have to say that it's the best on that bases. I found someone pretty old lady after about 2 months of chatting on SeniorMatch! Now we are together and getting close and it's been easy because we both grew up in the same place. Thanks so much for helping us find each other!
I had high expectations with this app but it failed miserably. About 30% of the people are scammers trying to get your phone number and most of the other 70% are too far away to even matter. It kept telling me that it matched me with someone I liked even though I had not even seen their profile. I had better matches on FB dating in 30 minutes than I have had on SeniorMatch in 30 days. Waste of money. Big sigh.

It's truly shocking how many scammers this site has! In all likelihood absolutely everyone I chatted with was a con artist. Sooner or later they ask you for money or gift card. SeniorMatch is an absolute disgrace to abuse vulnerable people looking for companionship making false claims! They only have fake profiles. If there are a very few genuine profile (maybe 10-20), they are extremely outdated. They don't remove your profile no matter what - this explains why they have so many sleeping outdated profiles. Just stay away! It's 100% scam! It's just another dating scam!

This site is misleading, a total money-making scheme. All the good-looking women are con artists, even those with average looks are not honest. It's not a decent honest site and they advertise falsely. I hope this information is helpful. Anyway, SeniorMatch has no quality people. You have to dig a ton of mud in order to find an appropriate match (even if you are not picky). Don't expose yourself to numerous scammers, just avoid this place.

This site has no real working method of controling your requested filters. In fact even if you put in people from 40 to 55 years old you will get everything under the sun! There are more fake people on here than on craigslist I think! It is unbelievable! They have no interest in matching you nor in your status as a customer. They simply send you a box letter, saying how sorry they are and how hard they work.
I recommend that you: Avoid this site at ALL costs

After being on this site I found that many of the profiles I contacted were bogus fraudulent profiles. In short these people were made up. So beware with this site. I would say do not waste your time and certainty your money on this site. If you get caught in one of theses fraud profiles it could cost you big money. The scammers here are very sophisticated. They will clear your bank account and credit cards if you are not really aware of there schemes.

I checked off a box for no auto renewal and they charged me anyway. I am battling with them now to get a refund. They are not interested in fixing this problem and are even stalling after I showed proof of the illegal transactions.

The minimum distance you can choose for matches is 100 miles. I live in a large metropolitan area. When I first joined, I was matched with people many hours drive away. When I looked through ten pages of matches and found a handful that were in my area, ALL hadn't been on line for a month or more. When I phoned to cancel, I got a recording to leave a message but the voice mailboxes were full. Email is unresponsive. Oh, and if you're looking for seniors be aware that this site is 30 and above. I am beginning to wonder myself about this site as I find most request to see private pictures only-- upfront, so I just automatically deleted those who wants private pictures. I thought a good way to sort the trash.
I originally thought the private pictures section was to protect the identity of family and friends in our pictures in-which I had my grandkids, thinking I didn't want their pictures with me to be seen until I vetted those I didn't want close up in my life. Surprise!

I think it's more a hook up site. One dude I thought; hum, maybe, tried to fool me by whispering sweet nothings from one profile then sending the request for private picture from a second profile while on his original one with his face demanded absolute honesty. Omg; when I called him on it by saying: "I've never been that blonde". Poof--turns out he was a magician and disappeared with his no face side kick. Talk about good riddance

Unless you're really good looking or have an exceptionally flattering photo or are under 70, don't bother with this site. At first I was matched with appropriate men in my area. I sent a message to a couple and received no replies. Since then the men responding have been fifteen to twenty years too young. And most live in other states, some in different countries. I have been on paid for four months. Lots of fake perfect profiles to hook you at the beginning to subscribe. Then the site dries up and few new members.
Most females don't post pictures and wait months between logins. They tag too many profiles as "new" but that have been on the site before I joined.
I rarely get follow up when I follow up on a profile but get a hit from some 30 year old in the Philippines! Sad site, hopeless and I will change sites in early May when subscription ends... stay away...

I've tried 3 different sites, the latest being Seniormatch.com. Activity is so poor compared with the others, I thought my internet was down... Seriously! As much as I thought Ourtime was just so-so, it towers over this one. I read some articles promoting Seniormatch... in retrospect, it was probably SELF promotional hype! So now, I'm giving Zoosk a try. I know... it sounds like Klignon commander's moniker, but what the heck! In the first few days, Zoosk seems to produce a lot of activity. We'll see if it continues. Does anyone know if Michelle Pfeiffer is on one of these sites?

I don't think Senior Match is worth the money. You have to pay to really view people's profiles. There are a number of other free dating sites like OK Cupid that I think are better. Also if I were going to pay, I think I'd pay for Match.com (which I confused with SeniorMatch when I first signed up).
