Firstly they do not deliver on time at all, the emails you get sent detailing when are a complete joke. The driver who delivers here is an asshat! He is rude, throws packages around and is not helpful. I complained but got hardly any feedback. They get your parcel in but will NOT deliver it unless on a Thursday because they wait until they feel they have more than one reason to make the drive to you. JUST BAD

I have lived in Granada (southern Spain) for 14 years and my personal experience with products bought online and delivered by SEUR has been extremely bad. Going back several years, this company and/or its employees have lied regarding supposed multiple attempts to deliver products to my house while I have been at home waiting for said product to arrive. My street, number and apartment number are all clearly displayed and there is no problem with my doorbell, yet on approximately a dozen occasions during this time I have received a message from SEUR stating that they were unable to deliver the package because I was not at home. For a company to blatantly lie in this manner is completely unacceptable and as this is an issue I have been up against for years, it would seem there are endemic problems throughout the company that the management is failing to address. It would be unfair to say that all delivery personnel are failing to perform their duties as certain individuals have had no problem in locating my house and delivering items when they say they will be delivered, but successful delivery seems to be very much a matter of the luck of the draw with SEUR. The majority of purchases I make are of live plants, which definitely qualify for swift and efficient delivery, but with the issues outlined in this review I have had purchases delayed by over a week and in a few instances this has resulted in the death of the plant.

Not only this, but I have been on the receiving end of very rude treatment from SEUR employees over the phone when trying to find out what has happened to my package, including staff putting the phone down on me. Add to this the user-unfriendly website and consequent difficulties in lodging a complaint with SEUR and with redirecting delivery to a "SEUR shop", and I really cannot recommend this incompetent company to any business looking for a reliable courier. Unfortunately, us buyers do not have the luxury of being able to choose who delivers our purchases.

Muy mal. No hay forma de contactar con ellos. Atención al cliente no contesta a las solicitudes. La página Web no se actualiza. " Lola" es una pérdida de tiempo. En el almacén gente preguntando por sus envíos, el empleado tan perdido como los paquetes, camiones llenos y parados —sin descargar por falta de personal.
¿Nadie que se responsabiliza de este desastre - que no es temporal - sino la regla, por lo menos en Dénia y alrededores?
¿Por qué aceptan envíos, si saben que no las pueden entregar a tiempo?
Qué falla en recursos humanos, que la gente no aguanta trabajar para SEUR y tiran la toalla?
¿Los clientes tienen algún valor para la empresa?
¿Se imaginan la desesperación que sentimos con nuestros paquetes, sean regalos, sorpresas o urgencias secuestrados durante semanas, sin ninguna información?
Esto es inaceptable.
¿A quién reclamar?
Las tiendas nos cobran, envían y se desentienden, ya que han cumplido.
SEUR cobra y nos deja abandonados.
Estos son malas prácticas.
Pero siguen adelante, mientras las empresas les contratan.
Hay que moverse para parar esto.
