I needed to return the Instant Smile Veneer because it did not fit my mom's. I submitted a request to their support team when we found out that it did not fit. I was not expecting a response right away but to my surprise, they have completed my request Very accommodating and responsive.

I ordered a tattoo eyebrow pen and paid first class shipping. A package arrived six weeks later with a completely different product. I challenged it on Paypal, which took another six weeks. The resolution? She Swish offered to refund my money IF I returned the wrong product they sent at my own expense to Hong Kong. Do not use this company. If I could give negative stars I would.

I ordered pool tabs in May. We're not delivered in July. Asked to cancel and refund. No response. Came in August. No packing slip or contact info. My email confirmation if you click on an order says error 404 page not found. Picture of product shows a bucket of pool tablets. It finally arrived in a medicine bottle. Tabs are the size of a tums and is supposed to clean a 5000 gallon pool with one tab a week. Received after the summer was almost over. Company bought from different than company delivered product. I would give negative stars if I could.

These guys are really good at false advertising on Social Media! I placed one order on April 6 for some magnetic lashes, I still have not received them. I placed another order on 5/22/20, which I just received today 6/17 and its incomplete and poorly packaged. I tied the two companies together and am now going through PAYPAL to dispute and try to get a refund! Don't purchase from She Swish Limited and Brilliare.com!

Customer service has always been friendly helpful and go out of their way to help me leave feeling i have gotten the best deal.

Never received my order. It's been two months. Filed claim with PayPal. They suck at what they do. Total scam artists

Ordered full face cover... the clear plastic cover that goes around the head to provide a shield in front of the face... kind of thing my pharmacist wears. Nothing more than a cheap piece of clear plastic with an elastic band. Incredible! Junk! For the low low price of $9.95 plus shipping. This outfit is a scam artist and their products are junk. I am sure they keep Mrs. Wong's first grade class busy making these things.

It's always a wonderful experience shopping at Sheswish. They have a lot of different of stuffs for me to choose and very unique. I had a great time buying and shopping at Sheswish.

They always give great service and my orders are delivered on time.

I ordered these silver markers for my daughter on December 21st. I have emailed the company 2 times with no response. I have yet to receive the product and it is January 18th and the money was removed the day i ordered from paypal. Paypal has a open investigation on this and i should get a full refund. This company needs to be held accountable for what they are doing to people. Horrible, Absolutely Horrible

Bra fitting for E-G were in real fit for B-cup. Send them back, didn't get a refund. Will not order again. :(

I bought an item through GraniteGray whom I thought was from the USA but it turned out to be she swish from hong kong.
Naturally I didn't receive what I ordered and will only get a refund if I send it back which will cost me $19. Doesn't seem fair does it.
Paypal needs to block she swish as it's casting a dark shadow on even them!
Oh, by the way. They don't deserve the one star I had to give them.

Stock photo uploaded for fake advertisment, do not buy, doesn't work, this company is a fraud. Videos are fake, product not as advertised, I have been using it for 2 months every day and there has been no change on my 2 dark spots on my face!

I purchased two pair of all weather thermal touchscreen gloves on November 17, I just received today January 14th... only because I sent an email inquiring them. When I opened the package, they were some thin, cheap material gloves. They look like some black church usher gloves with plastic lines, these gloves are nothing compared to the description when I ordered. PLEASE I WARN YOU, DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY... THEY ARE TSKING ADVANTAGE OF PEOPLE AND TAKING YOUR MONEY!

Placed an order on 24 January 2020. Have not received order and it's 24 March 2020. Filed a claim through PayPal. Got an email from these folks today stating that the order has shipped. They provided tracking number so I tracked it. It hasn't left the facility yet. Since 2 March 2020 I have asked for my money back and they say they can't do that because the package has shipped. But it hasn't gone anywhere! GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK!

This site also known as curvymind is a scam. They try to go by different names on social media along with different emails. I ordered on fb on 6/7 and have yet to receive my item & no tracking info available as it just takes you to a bogus site. Beware! Not worth the hassle! I've contacted my bank and PayPal for assistance on getting me a refund! Spread the word!

Absolutely appalling. Saw a Facebook advert, so placed an order. The company was called caramelandcider.com but on PayPal it shows she swish Ltd. I have still not received the goods and seems to be stuck in China. The tracking number is dubious to say the least. From all the reviews, there is definitely an issue with this company and it needs to be investigated. PayPal should close their account immediately. I have raised a complaint with PayPal and waiting to see what happens She Swish website has mysteriously disappeared, so you are unable to contact anyone. Utterly useless and disgusting behaviour and service. The fake tracking shows it seems to be stuck in China somewhere going back and forth within the same place.

Over a month to receive my order. It was the wrong color item. After 3 months of trying to contact them, they agreed to refund my purchase, IF I returned the item. These losers are in Hong Kong. The cost to return the item would have been 3 times the cost of the item. Paypal was no help, other than tracking down an address. They use several Website names and the email addresses they provide are false.

This company is a scam with so many websites that shut down once caught. The most recent was universeeraser.com and it was the same products. But the money went to this company(per PayPal). It's been weeks, they haven't returned my money only sent me dozens of ads despite my unsubscribing. I've received no response back from the company via their website, email or PayPal and now the website is even closed down. This is a garbage company and it's a scam. You WILL NOT receive your items. Stay. Away.

I ordered a finger pulse Oximeter on April 13,2020 and of this date have heard nothing although my account was debited for $34.96. I ordered a package back on April 21 hoping to get it by the end of May at the latest, but no it is 8/3 and my package still hasn't shown up. I'm just pissed off at this point. This company needs to be shut down permanently. I have had better success through wish.com and that only takes about 21 days or less from order date to arrival date. I just want a refund at this point, but people have said to just go through the card company or bank just to get one.

I paid 9.00 a piece for this piece of plastic, not made well at all request refund. Never again just lost another customer.
