I received my order yesterday & everything was so nice! Exceeded my expectations! Great quality, the colors were spot on and everything was packaged very carefully. I ordered 4 chandeliers plus some other decor and they all made it to me perfectly! I will be placing more orders very soon! The company is chaotically disorganized from the bottom to top. Customer service employees are beyond unprofessional and even sharing and complaining about their behind the scenes issues. Lead times to actually receive items are up to a month. They sometimes randomly decide to just partially ship orders with no warning and include no packing slips. An absolute disaster. Avoid at all costs.

I ordered 4 items for graduation event. I didn't receive my yard sign or candy bar wrappers. I also received the wrong banner, the one I got belongs to someone else. I've called over 10 times and have been on hold for over 3 hours and have yet to speak to a customer service rep. I've also sent several emails and no one has responded back yet. This is by far the worst experience I've had with a company.

If you need assistance with a order you will not receive it

I ordered and paid for items for our school's Homecoming Dance and the main items have not arrived. A metallic Eiffel Tower and 2-foot light-up letters. I used the form on Contact Us several times with crickets in return. There is no phone number on the website for customer service and when I click on the Online Chat button I get sorry we can not chat due to Covid. I have been a loyal customer for over 10 years but no more. I will use Anderson's from now on.

Ordered 2 banners on April 6th. Still showing unfulfilled and no one will answer emails or phone calls. Called at 9 am this morning and it said I was caller 23! An hour and a half later I was still on hold. I paid extra to have them by this Saturday but appears to no avail. Customer service is non existent to say the least. I will never order from them again.

I placed an order for gradution on May 18 with a 10 day arrival - paid $22 extra for shipping. Now, June 4 and graduation tomorrow, NO ORDER. NO RESPONSE TO EMAIL OR CHAT. I see TABITHA and TEQUILA posting to call them at *******736 but that is a recording that hangs up on you. THIS COMPANY IS A FRAUD AND STEALS YOUR MONEY. Cut out decorations from dollar store wrapping paper before you give them a nickel of your hard earned money. HORRIBLE.

I ordered, with expedited shipping, 5 banners for senior day for my sons lacrosse team. Although the website said they would arrive between ‘at 14th -15th the website still has the as unfulfilled. I have tried the chat, emailing and calling to no avail. We have ordered these banners in past years and this years seniors are really looking forward to seeing theirs hanging at the field for their senior game. Please let me know how to make this happen!

I placed an order 05/04/2021. I paid $30.00 for expediting shipping. I received 2/5 items. I have emailed this company numerous times and no response. I have completed the "Contact Us" sheet numerous times and no response.

This is absolutely HORRIBLE. You do not have a phone number for customer service. Yet you have $274.00 of my money and I #1 was supposed to receive my FULL ORDER by 05/23/2021. I received 2/5 items on 05/25/2021. I still have not received a response. Refund. Or my items

This has been the WORST experience EVER! Zero access to customer service - no phone number, live chat starts at 30 min wait then bounces to 180 min wait and no one lets me know you've received my email. Your site glitches and fails to upload and there is no way to cancel the order which has not even started processing. DO NOT USE

Never received items. Purchased for wedding, never was shipped. Pay Pal would not help. No refunds. Call their phone number before you buy. You'll see that no one answers or returns calls.
Again, do not buy anything from this company.

Extremely disappointed in the customer service. I waited over a month for my order for my bussiness the Hall for Parties. Customer service emails take days to answer and I've been on hold multiple times trying to reach customer service for help. Currently have been on hold almost an 2 hour every day. I need some help! I just want my money back so I can be done with this. Wish I've see at the Facebook reviews and coments before I ordered.

I have tried calling. No one answers and they don't return emails. My product is supposed to arrive Thursday. If it doesn't ship out on Monday, its not going to be here on time. Do not trust this company unless you order at least 6 months to a year in advance. I will let you know when, if my product arrives. I will also report if they will refund my money due to it not arriving on time. And I paid $44 for shipping! Im so upset with this company.

I needed a poster for my daughter for Homecoming in cheer and ordered one on 10/9/21, paid more for extra shipping so it would come by the following week. Never received the poster and now that I want to get my money back since I never received it, there is no way to contact them. I tried emailing, the live chat (which is always "busy"), and I tried calling which no one ever answers. Horrible!

I ordered some candy land signs the quality was what I expected, which was good. There was one downfall it did take about 2 1/2 weeks to get my order but everything arrived that I ordered. So if you were going to place an order with this company I would place it way ahead of time. Overall I was happy with my order.

I ordered my order before a supposed announcement of a delayed timeframe on their website. I actually a whole month in advance. I got word from a customer service rep who gave me no timeframe. When I told him it made no sense, he went to "check my order again", and gave me a date. That date passed. And now there are over 3 hour wait times on a chat via the internet to where I'd you allow your phone Or computer to sleep That page refreshes and you're waiting on hold all over again. I got no response back from any emails. I even asked questions under products and I don't see them answered nor posted. Total rip off. I didn't receive any items. Instead got my money taken away from me. They don't have a refund option. And their telephone number redirects you to their 3 hold chat feature to get connected to a live person only to be told after 3 hours by an automated response that no one can help you.

My tip: DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY if you don’t want your money taken! They are a complete and utter rip off. Someone soon will be making a class action suit!

I ordered 11 Big Heads for senior night. Of the 11, one is so blurry you get dizzy and the other is so dark I'm not sure you can see a face. I called them and forget it. They direct you to do a Live Chat. I did that and was #52 in the queue. After 2 hours of waiting, I get Victoria who tells me to email her pictures of them. I did that. No reply. Live Chat isn't even available all the time. No follow up. Basically there is NO customer service. So mad. Wish I saw all these reviews before I ordered.

Don't use them.

I ordered to motorized center piece turn tables, they looked ok, (no on/off switch_ not a big deal) installed new batteries, the one made a small creek noise and that was it. The other did absolutely nothing! I tried calling them, live chat, and emailing them. No answer whatsoever. I'm about to try and send it back, but God knows if I will get my money back( I have a bad feeling that its gonna be money completely wasted) Do not buy ANYTHING from this company. I've had better luck buying from someone out of their garage. If I could submit this with zero stars, I would. They don't deserve even 1 star.

I placed an order over 2 weeks ago and I only received partial order. I have sent this company many emails and they won't answer their phone. I tried to chat with someone on the chat message but it was over 180 minutes of wait time, so ridiculous. The tracking says they delivered everything which is not true. My Daughters graduation is this weekend and I was counting on the last part of my order to arrive! No one from this company has emailed me back! I am so unhappy and will not shop at this place again. Just give me a refund!

I order from this company on 6/24/2021. My order SZ******* was promised a delivery on all products no later than 7/16/2021. I received one item as promised on my $200 dollar order. I wrote to this company via Facebook messenger about my order and was promised it will be here by my father's party. Well that didn't happen. I wrote them again about a complete refund and have not heard back since. This company is scam. Please do not waste your time on ordering anything because you will not receive anything as promise.

I am so excited! I started not to order from this sight due to the nay sayers saying that they didn't receive there items on time! When I say I ordered my items for my daughters 4th birthday on Sunday and here it is Thursday and everything have came! Excellent customer service I emailed them they emailed me right back. You can't listen to everyone follow your heart. I am glad I did. Thanks to Shindigz Aubri will be having her Barbie Dream house Birthday! Yayyy! Thank you so much!

Ordered a large moon for our Prom. Paid extra for shipping so it would ship at the latest on the day we needed it. Downloaded Shop App as the site suggested to track package. Never showed tracking or sent notifications. Each time I checked, it read, "order purchased."
If you call, you can't speak with anyone. The message says to go to website. When you try to set up a chat, you can't submit. They finally did email. They apologized and said it will arrive on our prom date (May 7) at the latest. Today is May 10 and it never arrived. I'm hoping now it never will and we will be refunded. No response when I emailed about this.

I made an order earlier in May 2021 for my kids' birthday in Shindigz.com. I paid $35 to expediate the order and ensure that it reaches us on time. I received 2 balloons total of $7 out of a $126 order. Well, we are now a week into June, the birthday was long celebrated and I am still yet to receive the buck of my order. I reached out to them via email few times and online chat, yet never received any feedback. I thought I should warn wise shoppers to stay away from this merchant, so to avoid disappointment and extortion of your money. Thank you!

I ordered my products. Received the 2 $5 items, but did not receive my props I spent all the money for. Contacted them and emailed. Stayed on hold for 3 hrs, no response, and then hung up. Very angry customer. I need my money back ASAP!

I placed an order on May 10,2021 and I never received my order. I checked my bank and the funds were withdrawn for my order. I have tried numerous times to contact this company to no avail. The automated voice will only say use our live chat or reach us via email. I have done both and t is now June 30th and I still have not received the items I ordered. DONE WITH SHINDIGZ
