I want to share my experience with Shine.com's job search services to caution others. Unfortunately, I had a negative encounter, as I found their offerings to be misleading and lacking professionalism. Despite investing 45k in their job search package, resume builder, employment verification, and education verification, I discovered that these services were all fake and provided zero value. Moreover, Shine.com lacked genuine job listings in the market. I advise others to steer clear of Shine.com to avoid similar disappointments.

I made the payment before one week related job assistance 3292rs.
After next day I got the call from my RM. She discussed with me about 20mnts. She asked about my carrier journey and my requirement. She told me my service team will connect with you related premium dashboard. Same day in the evening shine service team mail me my premium shine.com mail id and password. I login on shine.com app and I found the premium membership. I checked the job vaccinated and I was shocked. All option are relevant to my profile which are I want. I applied and I got the call next day from the company and yesterday I had selected and next month I am going to join. I already pause the service there is the best option from the shine we can pause and re-continue our services. Thanku so much shine.com I will refer to this my friends defiantly.

Very Poor Job site with Job openings published 1.5 months old. Job site is with the object of looting money by way of Cheating and fooling to Job seekers. Be alert their employees are also expert in hacking bank details and may cheat through Cyber Crime. I am victim of Shine.com that cheated me with big amount in the name of registration for premium service. Besides this one of their cheat employee hacked my bank account and cheated with very heavy amount.

Shine.com is a total scam. I wish I can give zero stars, unfortunately I don't have that option. On 31st march they called me and asked me to pay 2005rs and told that they will highlight my resume and asign one relationship manager, he will work on my profile and help you crack interview and all. Post that I got call from relationship manager to pay 5000 again saying "he will work on document verification". Shine.com is just looting and a total fraud

I approached Shine.com to find a job last year and they did share a lot of openings with me though none of them fit what I was looking for (way below the pay grade of my master's degree). I also kept getting lots of calls for air hostess positions which I never indicated any interest in. I tried to leave the site, but there was no option to do so. They will keep your CV on file forever. This is highly disturbing and unethical.

They have tie-ups with fraud companies and with their support they are cheating the job seekers. They will make us work and towards the end, they will ask for money in the name of GST and other terms. Since we had already put a lot of effort to finish the work, we will be willing to pay that get our salary. After that the entire fraud people in the network stay disconnected from us. Never register in shine.com

Shine.com is a fraud money minded group, cheating people who are looking for jobs and taking lot of money. Please never pick up calls from this fraud group, I have lost all my hard earned money in name of a better placement to give, with an improved CV across Top employers. Never ever trust this super fraud company, they just take money from people who genuinely looks for job opportunity and don't give any recommendation or reference of jobs. They have looted 2.5 Lakh and they cheated, not even picking up calls when called on their support number.

They will loot your money by indulging you to take their ****** services like --On the Job move for 180 days (*******/-), Job and interview trailing and some unauthorized certificates (*******/-), Job and Education verification package and Job assistance (*******/-) in order to reach to your dream job having a fancy salary. These mo*****er will do nothing. For the sake they will give you some third rate job opportunities.

I had signed up for the premium (paid) service of the portal. At the time of their sales executive (Mohit) asked me to make a downpayment of approx. Rs 3500. Post payment the relationship manager (Nitin) connected with me the next day and after listening to me for 5 mins, started demanding my identification documents for verification. Having heard of many online scams, even faking identity of reputed organizations, I refused to do so.
Next they said my resume needed to be polished and demanded a payment of an additional Rs 7000. I retorted these was akin to hidden costs and can they give in writing their will be no more additional costs levied. The RM (Nitin) rudely mentioned that I do not even care to invest for my future growth. However they will not give any written guarantee. I should have faith in Shine.com, whose parent company is Hindustan Times and hence continue to pay them money, no questions asked

Paid services sold in fraudulent manner and services not provided after sales. Firstly the services were sold with inappropriate and misleading information and later it wasn't returned and refunded but promised to paused as per request and even that didnt happed, its showing expired in my shine dashboad without even using it and no information through calls or emails were provided regarding it.

Hello guys pls i am request you those who searching job seriously dt go to shine this people cheating the people once you took paid service immediately ask more then 10K for other service but no result they will give.
This is big fraud company in INDIA they are taking advantage of our job dreams

They are fraud. They give me job role of Data entry in Tata Motors but step by step they demand money Rs 22,000. They play with emotions and misuse the documents. Demand so much money. I already have paid Rs 15,000 for accepting the job role but I found they all are fraud, they cheat the candidates only demands money. And after taking money they not responding nor talk to in any even manner. Fraud company. Fraud site. The girl who first call me for job she said I'm from shine. Com but when I chat she is like illiterate. Because She don't know the spelling of some common words like pending or receive. I will case file on this site and also on their fake recruiters. Shine.com has irresponsibly shared my information with scammers or fraudsters. This reflects poorly on Shine.com, and I consider it an immodest and shameless act. I want to make it clear that I do not wish to receive any job-related emails or phone calls. I attempted to unsubscribe from your mailing list, but an error message stated that your mailbox was full, preventing my withdrawal.

When I contacted your customer service, they informed me that they do not have access to set the 'Do Not Disturb' (DND) status. These unethical policies hinder our ability to protect our privacy. I urge you to cease any further calls or emails to me.

Respect my decision and ensure the security of my personal information. I expect prompt action on this matter."

Sir shine.com charged me a total of 1970 rupees in several steps in the name of giving me a job in Britannia company and instead sent me a fake joining letter. Then again now they are asking me for 4000 rupees for opening account in HDFC/AXIX/ICICI bank. I don't have any money anymore. What should i do now sir

I had a bad experience. They openly ask for money shamelessly. The entire team is a bunch of frauds.

I have updated my privacy to not get calls, but still I am. The worst parts is, the calls are regarding job offers by some 3rd party career agencies who are getting the contact details from Shine.com. And the cherry on top of the icing - am getting calls for driver work. I am being asked if I hold a heavy driver license, though my resume has clear indication of my work experience. This goes to show the fraud Shine.com are selling only our contact info to agents and maybe even scammers. Unfortunately, I am able to delete my profile from their website.

This is to inform you all to never ever log into this job searching portal, You should instead try LinkedIn, Indeed, Naukri, etc. but not this portal. They sell your data to third-party scammers who will make you indulge in so-called jobs and after work they will ask for a penalty or they will make threatening calls to you with your personal details like your Aadhaar card, PAN card, Driver's license, etc. I tried contacting customer care for the last 10 days and today I got an email asking to deactivate the account so that your information will not be visible to recruiters... SUCH A WASTE OF TIME. What about losing personal details to a third-party company that is not even available on shine.com, or on Google, Who will take the responsibility that the scammers won't be using my driver's license for any financial fraud or legal? NEVER TRY THIS PORTAL FOR A JOB SEARCH, BETTER SIT AT HOME RATHER THAN APPLY HERE.

They asked me for 1000 rupees to start the process and guaranteed me that my money would be refunded back at any possible rejection. They again asked me of 7000 rupees and I refused to give such a huge amount so they banned all my documents and declined to give me my money back.

Its a fake website who is asking for money at every different stages, without doing single work. Dont fall for this job website, with the name of registration and then process they are asking different amounts on every mails.

Shine's representatives are unprofessional and they are scammers they literally try to endorse you to pursue their courses indirectly and if you raise that you are unhappy with their service, they will stop responding to your services and mention any payment made to Shine will not be refunded. Better refer to Linkedin or Naukri.

I rate this company shine a BIG 0 ZERO,please dont order to this company, I ordered the dress under oddprecious for $57 order date Jan 29,2024 its a dress to be worn at a wedding for march 15,2024 i thought i have enough time but 2 months later the dress has not shipped yet, I send email and track the item twice it responded that the item has been shipped. The deadline for cancellation has been passed and if i return item i have to mail ut back to china which it will cost more than the item. This company shine has no consideration at all if you are reading this be advised DO NOT use or order from this company very incompetent. One star as a rate is too big it should be negative zero rate

Shine.com is a fraud company whose objective is to look for different ways to take away people money either in form of premium service or refund the money.

I have paid Rs.*******/- towards various heads. Now your personnel asking again ******* for bank verification. We said we are not ready to pay then again saying to pay 5900 for cancellation of candidature and refund the entire amount.if we don't pay entire amount we have to forego.
