Ordered a few pairs of shoes over a month ago and still havent received them. Emailed them many times but no replies.
Would anyone have their contact number? I need to call them from Australia

I ordered a pair of shoes from this website that I could not find in-stock on any other site. Was a bit worried after ordering and reading reviews. I needed to receive the shoes in less than a week and although they do have free shipping and returns, I paid additional postage to receive sooner. With my order, I explained my situation. They shipped my shoes the very next day! I received them a couple of days sooner than I had thought. Couldn't be happier with my experience with this website!

First off, I don't know what everyone is talking about with bad service from this site. I received nothing but the best! I had ordered a pair of shoes that I needed for not the coming weekend but the next on a thursday, and I ordered 3 day shipping just for safe measures. They sent me an email asking if I would like to go a size up in my shoes because they ran almost a whole size small. So I replied with a yes, and then did not hear back from them for about 2 days, and after reading bad reviews I got scared and sent them an email demanding a reply. The next morning I got my reply and they said they were sorry and they would ship the shoes that day and they should be at my house in 2 days instead of 3. I got my shoes almost a week later on the Wednesday before the weekend I needed them. When I got my shoes they were just a tad to big although I loved them, and I emailed the company asking if I could exchange them for the size smaller because they had recommended I go a size up. I was just expecting maybe free shipping or something. The next morning after I sent the email I got a call from Juliette that works for the company and she told me because they recommend i go the size up they will ship the shoes to me via next day air so I could have them on time for the weekend and would send me my return box as long as I promised to send the shoes that were to big back. I can honestly say I LOVE this company and they made my halloween weekend possible! I will for sure be giving them my business again sometime soon.

My daughter ordered shoes for her wedding. She ordered a size 8. They sent her a size 7. She did send them an email and they said the would send her a new pair in the right size. They sent a size 7 again. She tried to email them about 20 times. I tried to call and they don't answer the phone. She couldn't get her money back. After about the 40th call, someone did pick up. He said he would credit her account. Which they didn't. After about 20 more emails and the threat of further action against them, they fianally credited her account.
