I purchased 2 pairs of Koolaburra and 1 pair of Ugg Boots from ShoeBuy. They are totally fake. You will be shocked at how good they look even a card showing they are authentic. But when you look at the Uggs especially you can tell they are fake. I asked them they admit freely they are fakes. I will say the refunded my money immediately. Buyer beware would be different if they sold them at 1/2 price but they are full price for a fake product.

It's a total scam. Don't deal with these people. I received my shoes and the quality was horrible. I tried to contact them through email (they do not have a contact number) and no luck. I am now disputing it with my credit card company to have the charges removed. I still have the shoes, they have NOT responded to MANY emails that I have sent them requesting a Return Authorization Number...

Do not buy from this fake shoe website. These are fake Ugg boots. This guy is in China and will not give you a return address to return the boots to. He will offer you a reduced price to keep them. Will not answer emails.

The boots actually smell to high heaven of really bad glue or something.

When you go onto the Australia Ugg.com website there is a list of online autorized retailers; I only wish I had of know this first! My bank accepted an email from Ugg stating this clown was not an authorized seller.

They shut them down as soon as they can; but he just pops back up on another number. This is just awful! Young people that are not savvy are being robbed!

I have a pair of authentic ones; so I know the difference. A kid may not know; and is thinking they got a $325 pair for ONLY $179... this guy is a THIEF!

I was interested in purchasing a pair of the Ugg Bailey Button Leopard boots on shoesbuybuy.com. I used LiveSupport offered on the website to chat with a person by the name of "Ken" to ask a question about the boots. I was skeptical about the Ugg boots, so I asked Ken if they were authentic and his response was "Yeah."

After doing thorough research by comparing pictures of the Ugg boots for sale on shoesbuybuy.com and pictures of the Ugg boots on the offical Ugg Australia website, I confirmed my suspicions about these boots being counterfeit. I discovered that the Ugg boots on this site are fake because I noticed the boots don't have a Registered Trademark symbol on the bottom of the soles like authentic ones do. Also, the inside tags on this website are made of a different material than the tags of authentic Uggs.

Shoesbuybuy.com is one of the worst online retailers I have come across. Not only was I lied to by one of the employees, but the website also claims that all shoes are "100% authentic." No where on the shoesbuybuy website does it say anything about the Uggs being counterfeit.

Shoesbuybuy.com is a lying and deceiving company. Not only is there false advertising all over the website, but it is ILLEGAL to sell counterfeit Uggs, especially when claiming they are real.

I received my 'genuine' ugg boots only to be totally disappointed as they were fakes! I did contact them via email & they replied to every email & i have since returned the ugg boots & Received a full refund!

I order a pair of ugg boots from them through Amazon they were real and I took them to the ugg store to to verify if they were legit
