I have placed countless orders with Signs.com and always recommended them to friends and family over the years. Unfortunately, the last order was an absolute disaster and they demonstrated a complete lack of customer service. They send me an order in pieces and expected me to overlay it perfectly together, instead of overlaying it themselves and sending me a completed product. What's worse is they were completely unwilling to make it right, absolutely zero concern for the customer or the business relationship. What a shame.

Buyer beware, will not stand behind their products. We bought 6 teardrop banners ($1,800+). Assembled 1 and put it out on a Friday afternoon. Monday morning one of the poles broke at the metal joint - clearly defective. Contacted their assistance team and was told there was no warranty on the hardware. Only if it was damaged in shipping. Clearly a defective product with no support. Very disappointed because their actual printing is good and we have used them a lot.

Horrible customer service – will NEVER them again, someone made a typeo on the banner I don't believe I did, I requested a copy of the proof - They didn't have one and couldn't provide a proof to sign off - When I asked why they said I used their template so no proof required - BS
Rep would not re make sign, wanted me to ship it back and would give me a credit? Went and used halfpricebanners

Took them 2 weeks to process a 2 color vinyl cut job. Customer service would not answer emails for days on end, in fact, the first time was a week. Then they produced the item wrong, they sent me 3 colors, white lettering when those should have been cutout of the 2 colors. Seems like for a sign company they dont even know how illustrator works. Horrible experience. Avoid this company like you would Covid-19!

Everything about the online process was easy. Once we had the design & copy on our side, it was super fast to upload and order!
Definitely last time working with this guys. They sent me the final work, which was nothing like what I approved and nobody wants to talk to me when I try to reach out to them.
I like the self design and ability to upload my own Logo. Once I have designed the item another person on the design team verifies all my info prior to order being placed. Good tracking info provided and easy to reach customer service quickly.
I ordered an initial acrylic sign and was provided high resolution files by our graphic designer. However one of the files didn't appear to be high resolution enough and unfortunately the online software that you use through this company to put in an order does not have any safeguards to catch this. In addition, they're printing team does not pay attention to the quality of their work and let pixelated items go out the door without checking with customers. $140 down the drain, and they take no responsibility. Was getting ready to do a bunch of other locations, but we'll leave negative reviews now and spend the money elsewhere. Terrible company, and terrible customer service.
Do not expect any type of real support or professionalism from their production side.

I needed a sign to hang next to a very muddy area that cars were getting stuck in not realizing how deep the mud was when they drove into the area to park. I went to signs.com and designed a sign in no time. The process was easy and the sign was delivered in no time.
The sign turned out great and was exactly what i wanted the turn around was fast and I was very impressed.
I have been using Signs.com since the day I opened up my business. They have made some great prints and other ones terrible. I had to throw away a couple of them; in specific an 80" x 16" Acrylic Sign, which they printed the colors of my logo (which was the only thing printed on the sign) incorrect. They later sent me one free of charge that was completely distorted and had to throw that one away as well. That was a cost of $192.65. Was one of my favorites, but now I will make sure to write this review everywhere. I had to also print the small logo for my door front 3 times for them to get it right, and I paid 2 out of those 3.
Although I like the product, I do not like dealing with customer service. I placed an order in March 2023 and received a discount code, which there was no place to plug in on the order. I sent them an email asking how to plug it in, but never received an answer so I placed the order. I just needed to do another order (just 1 month later) and I spent over an hour on the phone with them trying to get them to take the discount code, but they say it has expired so they will not honor it. The job they do is nice, but don't expect them to stand by their word to give any discounts that you are promised. Next time I will take my business elsewhere.

Don't expect this company to keep their word regarding discount codes. I gave them a valid number: first for one order, which I couldn't use (because they didn't give a place to put the code in on their order page), then saved the discount code to be used one month later on another order, and they refused to honor their code. I wasted over an hour trying to get them to honor their code, which they declined to do in the end. I disagree strongly with company policy to not honor their coupons.

I have bought about a dozen banners from signs.com and was generally happy until the last round of banners. They are cheaply made an unusable. I called them and was hoping they would be able to resolve the issue. No luck. They had me send pictures but have not responded to my three emails since then. Not satisfied.
I ordered a "Giant Check" from Signs.com. The process was easy, the quality was great but the border came in the wrong color. After speaking with a Customer Service Representative, she re-ordered the check free of charge. We should be receiving it next week and I am hoping it will be corrected.

We needed enlarged prints mounted on foam board for a family memorial service. Set-up online was a breeze, the delivery options were easily managed and they arrived well packaged and in perfect condition. They were a perfect part of our service. The price was reasonable for the quality and speed, less than $40 per 18 x 24" print. My only small complaint is they stuck a QR code label on the face of each print. They peeled off easily enough and did not appear to leave any residue but these could have been placed on the backside.

Sign came damaged. Spent hours trying to resolve the issue, use a local company this is a headache. Not worth the hassle.
I ordered with expedited one day delivery. One week later still no order received. Waited on hold for half an hour for someone to even answer the phone, when they did all she could do was to refund the expedited shipping fee but even she could not get a response from the production people on why the order was not yet filled and when I could expect it. I then sent an email to customer service and now almost 24 hours later have not heard back from them.
They no longer have design services, sadly, but the phone rep was incredibly helpful with the basic look of my sign. She even went in and created a variation, so all I had to do was select the one I wanted. It came fast and was exactly what I needed.

The company tried to tell me the file that I sent was too low in resolution. That was a garbage excuse. They printed at what looks like 72 DPI on a file that was sent at 300 DPI. $200 down the drain. Their prices are cheaper for a reason. Their quality is very poor for sure. Shop elsewhere. I searched for the best price and believe me, I got what I paid for. They were about half the cost of other companies... I should have know that half the quality was coming. I work in an art department. I know resolution of files better than most. They did not print what was sent.

I've had so much trouble getting signs.com to fix its mistake on my print job, order #******* for $345.94. I paid for the order (dozens of large vinyl wall decals) on 12/14/21 and received the order the next week. However, it was heavily pixelated and not suitable for display.
- I emailed on 12/22/21 to request a reprint or return, but I never heard back.
- I emailed on 1/3/22 with the same request, but never heard back.
- I posted a critical review on the company's ShopperApproved feedback (1/6/22) and heard back the same day. The company sent an email indicating "I will go ahead and get this reprinted with the correct file." It was signed "Signs.com Customer Care."
- I emailed on 1/13/22 because I had not yet received any shipping confirmation of a reprint, nor any other communication.
- I posted a review with the Better Business Bureau on 1/18 and a representative wrote back to that review, indicating that she had emailed me and was simply waiting for my feedback. The only problem here is that she emails from an account that cannot be replied to. I've sent messages with and without attachments from three different email accounts on four different days, and they all bounce back as undeliverable.
- Now more than a month after my initial order, I have limited use for the decals that have yet to arrive. I'd love to request a refund from this company (and would gladly return the pixelated product), but they simply don't answer my emails. When they do, they do so from an email address that cannot be responded to.
Banner looks good. This time it was delivered on time. I am a CARtoonist and draw people's vehicles. Its important to have my banners look good with my art and arrive on time. The banner before this was stuck in India for 2 weeks... not sure how that happens when i'm shipping domestic.

Very satisfied original manufacturer said the decals weren't available anymore so I had to design my own came out quite nice. Fast delivery they even cut me a break on delivery charge even though it was actually my mistake for not creating a mirror image but they still got it to me on time and gave me a discount on the delivery on top of that when I had to order the mirror image of one of the decals.
