Dunno what the other guy is on about - quite frankly Dreamhost and Lunarpages, hostmonster, you name it, they're all sh**. SimpleHelix is the only place I've hosted a site where the tech team knows what they're doing. They can answer a quetion within 15 minutes (I've even had 1 minute response times on them). The fact of the matter is this other review must have some bad luck because everyone I talk to who hosts with SH has agreed that they're simply the best out there for Magento hosting. HEll even if you're running WordPress they're genius, they can fix your problems, and if it's not in their terms they can at least point you in the right direction. I can't believe the suck this dude just wrote. I love SH and will never move hosts <3 I have run from rackspace to crucial and finally decided to give SH a try and I gotta be blunt, you canno find better hosting. Period. Greets from Luxembourg!

100% SLA is a big lie. They do not have full time employees. They always have only one live chat and email person who will make sure you get a reply (only good thing about them). However, they do not have any technical people in office. Their email support will mislead you initially but that is not enough from a hosting provider. My sites have been down for 3 days now and they boldly say noone is in office because of long weekend - so we cannot do anything till they come back. This is not a reply one expects from a hosting company with a 100% SLA. They are very rookie players. My legal team is filing a case against them to get the damage compensation back. If you are a medium size business and looking to run critical site or application, please do not go with them. Go with Rackspace or Lunarpages.
