Paid for an invoice they sent me through paypal, a month later the owner contacts me via facebook messages and was rude, calling me names and is condescending. Said I paid it, a month before. This was his response: "We do a heavy amount of revenue and transactions monthly on PayPal - like 50+ a day, so unless you made us aware of it, we wouldn't have seen it" I received a receipt from paypal, so they would have as well. Continued to be rude so I blocked them, called paypal and my bank and filed claims.
