Why do you persist in scamming? You have the potential to be a legitimate business by improving your product, according to reviewers who received it and omitting the auto sign-up monthly billing scam. No notice is shown UNTIL you click on "order" and get meager "subscription has been placed" pops up and buyer is scammed without legal notice.

Not only do they send you an inferior product but they kept on trying to charge my credit card for a membership fee. I specifically checked the correct boxes to NOT enroll in their scam but they enlisted me anyway. Once I received the product it doesn't work like they said and you need a strong man to try to change the batteries... Not the way to do business!

Scam - Tried to order 1 plus 1 free for under $40. The charge on my account was almost $55. I immediately tried to contact them to cancel my order. There is no way to do so. Emails returned as undeliverable, phone calls hang ups. I do not plan to accept when delivered. Ask to be sent back as undeliverable.

I ordered and received my siren song alarm last month. Today I found a charge from them on my checking account. I tried calling the # for customer support and got an automated system that doesn't allow me to talk to a real person.

Rubbish product fit for the bin. Company support team ignore your complaints and wont respond to emails.
Continued to take monthly subscription fees from my Visa Card for 3 months after I cancelled subscription.
Only refunded cancelled subscription $$$ after I threatening legal action.
DON'T BE FOOLED / DON'T BUY THIS GARBAGE.

They do not work properly! They go off accidentally ALOT! I did not want their store subscription but they signed me up any way. I tried calling but their automated system just hangs up on you instead of letting you speak to a live person. Basically it is a rip off all around!

I ordered 1 Siren Song, and was to get one free. The amount debited from my card was 59,95USD. Please forward 2nd key ring immediately.

This company advertises and sells a devise to keep on your purse with a loud siren if you are approached or attacked that sends out a shrieking sound. On the internet I saw their ad which advertised buy 1 get 1 free for $39.95. I clicked the tab and it went right to the order form and the buy 1 get one free line was already checked. I went on with the purchase and when it was complete, it printed the invoice for 2@ $39.95 each, $7.95 shipping (was to be free) and of course sales tax, BUT the real issue is that they "automatically" sign you up for what they call their Siren Song Membership Store for $8.95/month. I was furious and immediately called. 4 times. First 2 kept trying to re-sell, and when I was getting madder and madder, one hung up and one put me on indefinite hold till I hung up. I recalled, got put on hold again and the last time I was yelling my brains out till the guy finally got the drift that I wanted to cancel the entire process and refund my credit card. I immediately notified my credit card to refuse all charges as well. If you want the product, just buy from Amazon. I was just trying to get the buy 1 get 1 free. Nothing is as it seems.
