Well first I am giving them a 3 out of 5 overall, since I just started today with this site. But so far it has been a happy marriage. 1. As I was registering, there website crashed in the middle of me entering my info, which led to me purchasing a product but could not log into my own webstie. 2. I called them and started a chat with them around 2pm CST time, in which someone should be available - none was available. 3. I emailed sales and support about my issue that their registration is not working but only got tickets. You would think sales would email back very quick. So straight out the gate, I am a little scared of how my first month is going to go with them. I got a feeling that this first month will go by very quick. I will keep this log ongoing until my site is up and running
