My telephone number is *******523 and my name is Alex. Please call or text me for an actual and honest review. I have nothing to hide I just read the review by "Miguel" who posted on various websites like Amazon, Google and now this site. He uses different aliases with the same story and pictures. This guy sounds bitter and jaded because of not getting his way. I have done many purchases from this company online and as will calls. They have a clear notice stating a 30 day money back guarantee or 1 year manufacturer warranty. I was nosy and inquired about this recent complain that I read on google and this Site jabber and noticed same story and picture just a different name. I had to inquiry about this complain. It turns out this guy using a different aliases and hides behind a computer is actually doing a disservice to himself and I intend to tell the other side of the story. I also understand under the 1 year manufacturer warranty "Miguel" chose not to return the item for a replacement. Also Miguel refers to this item as a "duffle bag" which he used for a commercial flight and if I am not correct dufflel bags (which this is not a duffle bag) are not meant to be used in commercial flights. This gentleman is angry that ebay and pay denied his charge back of $39.95. I feel very very bad for this guy. He now has to go to various sites and complain. Again my number is *******523 I have nothing to fear and call "miguels" bluff. Remember people there are 2 sides to every story and just because you use the same story with different name doesnt mean you have the same issue. You have one jaded and bitter individual that was shut down by Ebay and Pay pal for a charge back. Even Steve Kaeser offeredto work with the individual however he uses different aliases. Again please call me at *******523 lets put an end to online bullying and actually get both sides of the stories plus facts first.

“Cheap Products, Bad Customer Service”

I bought a duffel bag from this company and it fell apart the first time I used it. A huge hole the size of my head opened on the size and 2 of the 3 wheels broke. I bought the bag on ebay 7/24/16. I left for a trip on 8/19/16 and returned 9/1/16. The first time the bag was used was on 8/19/16, and it started to fall apart when it was used. I could not return it within their 30 day window because I was away from home. When I returned, only a couple of days after the 30 day return period had expired, I tried to return it on ebay where I purchased it from, but they denied the claim despite telling them that it fell apart after only one use. The company has fought my claims with paypal and my credit card company, and refuse to take responsibility for their poor quality products. They hide behind their 30 day return policy as if it's their religion. I have emailed them directly and they only want to give me excuses, such as saying "this bag is only intended to transport fragile photographic equipment by vehicle" and made false assumptions that I abused the bag. They have offered to exchange it, but clearly nobody would want another bag that will fall apart after using it only once. Only a complete refund is acceptable. This company should be ashamed of how they treat their customers, and for the terribly low quality products they sell. They only care about making money and do not care about doing the right thing for their customers.
