They walked me through the process, I started to receive bid immediately and now I'm waiting for the final result
I enjoyed the person that was going to do my resume; she was so lovely. Still, the experience I had with the "support" team was terrible, and all over the place, I ended up getting my money back, canceling my project, and deleting my account. This service is supposed to help people feel more confident when applying for a position. All it did for me was create unneeded stress. Do better "support" team.

I went into this expecting I needed an already formatted cover letter and resume, but you really don't. From the little pieces of job information I put on there they were able to revise it and make it an entirely new Resume. Somehow they related my previous factory skills into universal job skills like "problem-solving" and I would have just never thought of that! I am so happy I was able to come across and use this service! If I didn't I don't think I ever would have landed my new job!

I struggle at customizing cover letters for companies without a specific job position. I never know where and how to start customizing and it become frustrating to do a simple cover letter.
