Will NOT honor gift certificates that they sell on Groupon or NH Dollar Saver, so DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY. The salon responded to this review by saying that "due to the pandemic they cancelled all groupons", however as you can CLEARLY see from this Messenger chat, that was not the case as the salon was still open when this was communicated to them: ME: I tried to make an appointment online and was "declined". I would like to know why. SLAY SALON: Goupons have been canceled amd refunded nobody was on the other line. I answered myself. We can not hear you. Dre is not taking clients. Please book with Amanda or Brittany ME: Oh that's weird... I looked at my groupon and it says it's ready to be used... and I don't see a credit for it SLAY SALON: Groupon has to refund you. We have not control over that you paid them not us. Amanda is available for that sunday. I cam touch base with her of you would like to see her So yeah, as you can clearly see, they are using the pandemic as an excuse for their lousy business practices. Shame on them!
