Yes I read the bad reviews. Complain to the company on how my order was so late. I threatened them to write to BBB. They wrote back right away telling me my order was made on a Friday so it wasn't shipped till the following Monday. I got my shipment the following week everything was fine. I ordered again because they had products at a lower price even with shipping. Got my order just fine. I'm one who helps smaller businesses and really try not to use Amazon so much. So I apologize and will continue to order from this company. Thanks
Now three months and these people refuse to answer emails except with a bot form "give us two days to respond" - this is a ten? Times - and their 800 line is another dead end - for three months. They do not appear to exist. I'm thinking this is two operations like amazon - the front facing takes orders takes money, someone else has the warehouse and fulfills so the one that takes your money has no clue what happened next. And my order was actually $70

Good customer here increasingly larger orders then $60 order not delivered despite USPS reporting it delivered. Delivered is to my APT not randomly on floor of open lobby of a 54 unit building in dense urban area. I have sent almost dozen emails and calls over 2 months to Sleekshop only responses are auto bots. They chose the carrier without informing me who so I had no ability to buy insurance or direct the delivery altho I did direct to my apt #. For $60 these idiots lost a repeat customer. Never again.

Past ten years companies online have been getting so abusive to consumers our only protection is info from each other through reviews and sites like Sitejabber like BBB adapted to the internet.

I made my first and LAST purchase from Sleek Shop. The product is a total fake. Doesn't look or smell like the real thing! Don't ever buy from this bunch of crooks!

On your Birthday Month they give you a code to save $10. There is no place to enter this code, so you end up paying full price NO discount. Contacting *******@sleekshop.com takes several days to reply and they will send you a false claim that it was your fault. Not a fan of this company.
I ordered a product from them on July 7 and it is now July 22nd. It has not arrived despite working with UPS to have it tracked. UPS is unable to locate the package. Other reviews have indicated that they do not actually ship the product and will not help you after you come to them and tell them that you did not get. This is not a reputable company.
Please learn from what happened to me and do not order from them. I will never order from them again in the future.

Be careful, I just found out I purchased a $60 fake product, not the original, I contacted the original company in America, and they look at the images on this website and the ones I sent to them, and they confirmed that the products found at SleekShop.com were not originally made by them. They are under investigation, the owner's name is a Vietnamese scammer apparently (Andrew Ngo) Be careful !

I ordered a very hard to find hairspray from Sleek Shop and it arrived today. I ordered on 10/10 and it arrived today on 10/15. Considering the cost of shipping ($5), I think that was great! The product was bubble wrapped, the lid was held in place with a piece of scotch tape, and the box was further packed with paper to ensure the product was stable for shipping. I am 100% satisfied with my experience and will order from them again!

I bought an eyebrow gel and just arrived. The seal was off on stuck on the box. The box had hair dusk, the tiny hair-like dusk that accumulations after years.
Bought vivid violet hair color. Tried it today. Left it on for 45 minutes with no results. Followed instructions and expected to end up with a beautiful violet hair color and was bitterly disappointed. What a waste of time.
Ordered two bottles of White Sands Liquid Texture styling formula for hot tool use, specifiying in the instructions that I did NOT want the hair spray, but the thermal lotion. Ordered arrived with two bottles of hair spray. Found it impossible to contact the company for an exchange. Called the *******813 number multiple times and nobody available, went online to customer service at *******@sleekship.com and it takes you to the site saying they are unavailable so please call, and back and forth and back and forth. Went to the website and found a Chat, but it said they are off line. Later tried the chat again as it said they were available, and got no response to my message after half an hour. What gives here? First, they can't read or they would not have sent me what I specifically said I did not want. Second, I find it shady that no matter which of the three ways you are given to contact them results in no contact. Went to the Better Business Bureau and found multiple complaints about this company. I would not ever order from this company again. I don't believe they are legit.
Have been a customer for over a year and have always been pleased with their pricing and service. I placed a $60 order on 7/22 that never got sent (but I received shipping updates stating it'd been shipped 7/23). When I reached out to customer service today to find out where my order was, their customer rep, Sassy Benidicto, was helpful in discovering my order had never shipped – and that they didn't have the items ordered in stock. However, she offered to create a draft order with similar items that would allow me to receive my items this week. When I opened the draft order it had a $35 fee for expedited shipping. Given that the shipping delay was purely their fault, I asked if they would wave the fee. I was given a hard no. And I was told that it was my issue given that I didn't chose expedited shipping in the first place. Had I know that my items wouldn't arrive when expected, I simply would have ordered them elsewhere. So, SleekShop has lost a customer for life over an error they made and the lack of willingness to eat a one-time $35 shipping fee.
I made a purchase on Thanksgiving day. They sent me an open hazardous product that ruined the rest of the shipment because it spilled everything. They do not have live customer service, only through email that gives them time to keep your money longer. They told me that the products were damaged during transit because they wanted to blame USPS, but it was their fault they sent me an open product. They asked me to return the products, which I did and offered a replacement. They switched from that to not honoring the replacement and the Thanksgiving promo. They will take 3 weeks to "credit to my account". The full transaction is worth more than one hundred dollars. I don't even have the assurance that I will receive the "credit" because they did everything through email, outside of my account and their website. I am highly disappointed.
Not a bad website. They have a lot of products to choose from but they don't have the cheapest products online. I found the same products I use on other websites at $1 - $3 cheaper.

I placed a large order and received half my products and received products I did not order in my box that was sealed. They put in Cheap drug store products they don't even sell into my box! This leads me to believe the shipping department or supervisor or even customer service is all in on scamming customers. They made sure to put other items that weigh similar into my box and stole the most expensive hair products I ordered. Does the owner of this company know what their employees are up to? Customer service refused to credit me or send me my entire order even after I sent them proof by photos and who packed the order all done within a half hour of my box being delivered. They basically accused me of saying I put the drug store products in my box. Yeah like I would use cheap hair products! Thankfully my credit card company took my dispute for the items missing from my order and told me of all the complaints they have from other customers saying they had similar experiences. My credit card company sided with me after they did their investigation. Beware of this company.
I have used Phyto 7 for a few years. Ordered a tube from Sleekhair. It was super watery. Just poured out of the bottle like milk. Not at all like the other tubes I've received. When I contacted customer service about the quality of the product the customer service rep, Cynthia, tried to blame me and indicated no replacement because I had opened it. How would I have been able to determine the bad product quality without opening? Bad customer service.

I previously used sleek hair and was satisfied. On my most recent order, I received a confirmation the day I ordered. Seven days later, I get an email saying they put my credit card order is on hold, and I must use Paypal. I used the same credit card and shipping address as before. I called Sleek hair and was put on hold. After waiting, I was then put on an answering machine and told to leave a message. When they returned my email, they were completely unapologetic. I cancelled my order and will not use sleek hair again.
Well let me first start by saying that I was super excited when I found sleekhair.com through an advertisement on amazon. I can now say that I am HIGHLY disappointed in their service. I live overseas and have a difficult time finding places that ship hair products to APO/FPO addresses which is the main reason sleekhair appealed to me because their website says this,
"We are able to ship DOT-restricted (hazmat) items to Alaska, Hawaii, APO/FPO/DPO military addresses, US Territories or International shipments with a Hazmat. Fee that will allow special care during the transportation of your order"
Well to make a long story short, I place a rather large order to replenish my hair color among other things. My card was charged the full amount to include the $20 "hazmat" fee. My order stated that it was "shipped" However, I emailed to inquire about adding new items to my existing order and I was told that because of hazmat restrictions some (most) of my items previously ordered could not be shipped! The website is misleading entirely when it comes to addressing this issue. Why should they charge my card, before processing my order, which oh by the way turns out really hadn't shipped! So here I am totally irritated that (1) they lied about the hazmat shipment being allowed and (2) they obviously lied about the order being shipped, which ironically changed to "pending" following my inquiry to them in regards to the situation. As far as products go I have not the slightest clue, but if it is anything like their customer service then it probably completely and absolutely sucks! So that $20 fee to "handle your hazmat items with care" is a bunch of crap. Not to mention when I FINALLY got in touch with someone over the phone she was RUDE! She could care less that she was losing my business and had no intention or motivation to an alternative to the situation. She was obviously a bit uneducated on her companies shipping policy because I read it directly to her and she read it herself and still couldn't explain to me how I was wrong. The point is it was very misleading and thats just not right! These types of business have a special place in the crack of my A*S I will stick with Amazon from now on.

I was unable to complete the order due to shipping restrictions to South Africa. Sleek Shop customer service team were amazing: keeping me in informed of progress, making every effort to fulfill my order, processing my refund in record time! I would certainly purchase from them.
We had an error in our order and received excellent and an extremely quick response to the problem. Would strongly recommend this business based on our experience.
