I have chronic back pain stemming from a laminectomy I had in my 20s. The Staff was very helpful in helping me select the right product for my needs. Very caring and very knowledgeable. A good night's rest is very important to me. I'm thankful for this company and their staff. I'd recommend them and their products to anyone without ANY reservations.

I love the personal touch that Sleeplikeabear offers. They ask enough questions to make sure you receive the most appropriate topper/pillow they offer. I received a pillow and my sleeping is no longer painful! I used to wake up with neck pains because my pillows wouldn't support me too well. I would go around buying different pillows in hopes that one of them would work. My first pillow from SLB worked perfectly and has the perfect blend of that firmness I enjoy, yet still comfortably cushiony! I would recommend SLB to all my friends. With or without pains when they sleep!

I love to spend the night at my friend's house because she has the most amazing pillows and when I found out what kind of pillows they were I had to get one of my own! It is the most amazing pillow I have now! It doesn't get to warm even in the summer because it is a pillow that breathes, and it doesn't deflate. It is a spring-form material that isn't like cotton or like memory foam. It's a perfect in-between. And there are many different types you could get, for example: side-sleeper pillows, back-sleeper pillows, etc. Made a huge difference and will last! Worth every penny!

I love this store! I moved into my new apartment this past January and in attempt to keep things cheap and affordable, I purchased a new cheap mattress. I thought things would be fine, but after a week or so, my back was in so much pain! In search of a solution, I looked at higher quality beds, but the price was too much for me at the time, and I didn't know what to do with my new mattress!

While trying to find more information and options to make my sleep better, I came across sleeplikeabear.com on a google search. What first attracted me was the large amount of information they had on their site! VERY insightful and super helpful for someone who honestly just goes and buys the most affordable mattress she can find! After looking at the site for a while, reading up on what I could, I called the store for customer service--they're so friendly and caring! The consultant took a lot of time figuring out which topper and pillow would work best with my size and figure! Everything was so personalized, and I almost couldn't believe it since the products were so affordable! (Much cheaper than buying a sleep number bed, or something of that quality)

What I like most is the customer service and the care they put into each customer! Very professional, but still caring and personable! I also received my topper and pillow so quickly and to top everything off, the products I purchased were affordable, AND I've never loved my bed this much before! (Although it's quite problematic when I have to wake up early in the morning...) I LOVE this site and I reccommend it to anyone having back pains or body pains in any matter! I think the company really aims to help out each customer individually and personally! Greatttt company!

I would sleep on plywood before using these people again. I feel like they will say *anything* to make the sale, true or not. They appear to be a 2 person family run business, associated with a company in Arizona which lets them not pay California taxes and when you ask them about the company, they talk as though they are publicly traded. This makes me feel as though if they can't be honest about who they are, why should I believe they'd be honest about their products.

Everything I asked, the answer seemed to change depending on what they thought would make the sale. They say that shipping is free, yet charge a lot more for their products than other places for the same, exact product. They have a return policy and then charge you even more again for "shipping and handling" if you do return it.

They don't sell their toppers with a cover, whereas other places are far cheaper, and include covers. If you want to feel 'nickel and dimed' to death, use sleeplikeabear, otherwise, there is nothing about this company I can recommend.
