This is a very good platform to hire, daily basis services in Mumbai, thane, Navi Mumbai areas. I am always booking washing machine repair, home cleaning, fridge repair like services through the smartfind. In and I am a happy customer.
I had booked a deep home cleaning through smartfind. But had the worst experience of my life. The committed time was 9am, but they turned up at 11.30am. Though they had promised to send 4 people to clean my 3BHK, they sent only 2 boys. The estimated cleaning time was 5 hours, but since only 2 boys had come, they could not finish the job till 10pm. So I asked them to come the next day. Next day only 1 boy came and completed the job till 8pm. Moreover since only 1 boy was there, he couldn't complete the job satisfactorily. Also we took pity on the poor chap and asked him to leave. During this entire two days, Smartfind did not bother to respond to my calls. It was a complete waste of money and time.
Birthday party decoration was done well beyond my expectations that too on shorter notice period. Very well done.
