I ordered a chewbakka furby before Christmas, whoever I was talking to via Facebook was so nice and very very helpful, told me if I bought something else they would give me a £10 discount which I did. Received the other item I ordered a couple of days later but when I still hadn't received the furby 2 days before Christmas I got a bit anxious. Messaged them to ask when it would be delivered and was told it was the way and if it didn't get to me on that day (23rd) it would probably come on Christmas eve just because obviously its Christmas and deliveries are busy which I understood. Came to the 27th and still had no received it. Got a message to the tell me that their suppliers had broke them all or something and did I want them to find another or get a refund, as it was my little boys main present so I asked to order another but unfortunately they were all out of stock. It is now 5th January 2017 and I still haven't received a refund. I have messaged and the only answer I got was basically "soon" but haven't told me when it will be put back into my account. My little boy was quite sad that I hadn't got him a main present to open and is now more upset that he knows what it is but can't get it and I can't make up for it till I get this refund which will be god knows when.
