SMA Timeshare / Summit Timeshare Marketing - Longwood, FL I was a little skeptical at first about this timeshare resort marketer because I had a bad experience with these types of company. But what the heck I signed up and took my chances. After waiting anxiously for 2 months, I started receiving offers for my timeshare. Bottom line is, they are legit and their stuff works. If you want to get rid of your timeshare, try time out.

I signed up for SMA to rent my timeshare but to no avail they claim they have it listed told me verbally after I called several times since December. They mostly ignored my requests for a call back. Called me back once. After the 3 month mark still nothing but they claim they had to re-sign me up but no charge, because I paid lifetime fee in Dec of 1500. 00. I was counting on that rental money. Now they say no one can get weeks they want to rent. Which is basically the same issue I have with RCI. I see this as a no win situation because of RCI policies. I'm basically done with all these company's. RCI, Village at Parkway, Berkeley and now SMA. They have bilked me out of thousands of dollars and I could have traveled much more cheaply, gotten the times I wanted and a lot easier to plan than these so called timeshare companies and their partners, Poor service takes too much time and way too expensive. I now have a company called World Class Travel which claims they are here to help us RCI customers. I believe they are scammers also because I cant find anything about them on the internet, SAVE YOUR MONEY DO NOT DEAL WITH ANY OF THESE COMPANIES!
