Owner books appointment with you then does not show up, never calls and then when u have to call him to find out why, he arrogantly claims there must be some "mix-up" and that "his schedulers" do the scheduling. Outright lie. He is a one man operation with a deceptive web site that portrays a bigger business than it really is. He never consulted any schedulers when he gave me the day and time he could come to power wash my house. He really put me in a bind with the contents of my porch and patio out on the grass, waiting for days for him to come and then he doesn't show up passing the blame to "his schedulers". I asked him since this placed me in such a bind was there anything he could do and he and said he would be there the next day at 10 a.m. and sounded so convincing. NEVER SHOWED UP. Outright lie. He knew exactly where I lived and had my phone number as well. Would not return my phone calls. Avoid this rude amateur if you value your time and if honesty and integrity mean anything to you.
