My sister was born in Fall. When i saw the leaves I knew that's the perfect gift for her birthday cause it symbolizes not only her birth season, but also her biggest love - her four children. I bought her the Rose Gold necklace and she sent me this picture as she received the order. She was so excited and happy and told me it's the most special gift she ever received. Very high quality, now I am going to order one for myself too :)
Today is 2/16/2021 Ordered a necklace on 1/30/202. On 2/3/2021 I inquired via e-mail, how can I track my purchase; the response on 2/4/2021 was: Thanks for your email. As soon as your order is ready to ship, the system will automatically send you an email with the tracking information. Have a great day, Justin After 2 more e-mails and text's via their Fasebook and messenger, still no update on my order. Tried calling their phone number, not sue it's even in working order.

I ordered a necklace. Promised 8 to 10 day delivery. Never received item and customer service continued to lie to me and then stopped answering my emails. They are a horrible company and you can't trust them

I ordered 2 rings last Feb 24-2021 & until now I have not received the product yet. I sent emailed to their customer service & O didn't get any response at all.
I have twins, a boy and a girl that i gave birth after years of treatments. This necklace symbolize for me that family is beyond all and makes me feel that my house is a warm corner to lean on. So much meaning in one necklace, thank you Solo Mio!

I got the silver one for myself with my daughter's name. The 3D bar is really unique and i really can't take it off!
Besides, the shipment didn't took so long so i am very satisfied :)
I am very frustrated that I placed my order last Feb. 24-2021 and until now it hasn't been deliver. I reached out several times with no reply. I started to think that this company is a scam.
The return policy of this company is outrageous. Please ensure that you never shop or purchase their products. The swimsuit sizing guide is incorrect and ultimately you will be making a donation to their company without receiving a product that you can utilize.
