After a lot of trouble I got delisted for approximately 12 hours. I hardly sent an email all day. SORBS is a scam in my books. Avoid like death.

Tip for consumers:
Avoid getting listed

Avoided where possible
Tried to "de-list" and had to create an account. Then when attempted it said I needed to request it from the listed site... Its a webserver not a browser. Tried to create a ticket "oops something went wrong" Went back to log in later it did not recognize my login info. I wont register again, regret registering in the first place!
Tip for consumers:
Don't bother, ignore issues with the reputation it lists

none, poor system
We are a rural ISP. We were black listed on MANY blacklists when a user violated usage policy. We removed the user from our service and requested de-listing on all 94 blacklists. All but SORBS had us de-listed in 24 hours. SORBS doesn't even answer in their own ticketing system. Fortunately, gmail, msn, live, outlook, aol, etc. do not use SORBS. Unfortunately, Yahoo does. So no mail is going to yahoo at this time and it has been 5 days. I have petitioned yahoo to stop using and irresponsible service SORBS. The entire point to of black listing is slow SPAMMERS and SORBS fails to see tht the ISP and SORBS is on the same damn team. SORBS is actually costing us money is customer loss.
Tip for consumers:
DO NOT USE SORBS
Why do we need site them? If a receiver of an email as a complain about an email they should complain to there ISP or Email provider which should intern connect with the sender provider
I often say Silicon Valley tries to limit how much you can make but yest continuously keep there hands in your pocket. With 20+ years in business we have definitely accumulated years of B2B connection that we once or twice per year reached out to but year Sorbs.net black list our IP. We tried to create an account to log in in site and request removal but there site does not work.
I often keep saying that we need to reopen Alcatraz Island and resurrect the man who built the Taj Mahal so when a greed in Silicon Valley reaches a $1M we remove
One of his/her limp and send them off with there wealth to the Island.
I am not the only one complaining about them, see the link
