They are scammers and their return process is stuck in the last century. I returned my whole order, the quality is terrible. They received it & returned swimwear as it's non-refundable but did not send me the money back for the other items costing over £200. I emailed them & they said nothing else was recorded from my return - do I have the receipt. Bearing in mind this was a month ago who keeps receipts? Whoever accepted the return didn't track the other items and tried to scam me. Unlucky for them I found the receipt eventually, they had to refund me. Scammers.

Worst experience I have ever had with a company. Went to return/exchange an item I received that came with a tear in the seam and they wouldn't allow me to sent it back as you are supposed to notify them within 24 hours or ordering the product (even though I didn't receive my items until 4 days after purchasing). Super disappointing as I loved the rest of my items but would never shop with them again after this.

AVOID! Received an item from them and as soon as I opened it from the parcel I could see straight away there was makeup on it so didn't even bother to try it on. Sent it straight back with the reason being it arrived with makeup on the next day, paid to return this even though it is a faulty item, only for them to return this back to me with the reason it has make up on! Fully aware of this as this was the reason I returned it in the first place! No refund and now I'm left with a faulty item no fault of my own and have basically been accused of lying!

Terrible company! I ordered a dress and when it arrived one of the straps was damaged and sequins were falling off. I contacted customer service who promised to send me a replacement dress but once they got the dress back they sent me a gift card! I bought the dress on sale so getting a gift card is of no use to me. I would have to spend more for the same dress. Long story short they will screw you over to try to keep your money. I won't be shopping with this scam of a company ever again!

Compré el 5 de MARZO un vestido y un top, pagué unos 100e por ello. Había stock de los productos según la página. Al ver que no recibía mis productos, escribí al email y me dijeron que el vestido no tenía stock y que podía tardar se 4 a 6 semanas, a día de hoy, 3 MESES DESPUÉS no he recibido nada. He escrito como 5 email más y escrito en la página de Instagram. NO CONTESTAN. Por lo que no tengo ni mi pedido ni mi dinero. Es la primera vez que me pasa algo así!

Worst bathing suit I've ever had! After the bath, the ornaments fell off and rusted. I didn't get a refund because they said I had already used it! Some joke! I do not recommend! I threw it in the trash. Worst store! They blocked me on the site because I wrote the truth, they delete negative comments!

Horrible quality and that's IF you manage to get something that's ACTUALLY in stock. I got a bday outfit and they sent me a medium instead of XS after paying next day delivery but receiving it 3 days later… they said they will send out the right outfit next day. One week later I chased them up and said sorry for the confusion you need to send the wrong item back and we'll refund you.
I said that's me spending more of my time and money to rectify your mistake. They said they would put what I paid for return on a gift card (lol as if I'm gunna shop with them again). I said I don't want that I just want what I ordered and they said they've tried to help. So moral of the story they ruined my bday outfit and I have a massive piece of cloth that's absolutely no use to me and £40 down what a great experience xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

This is the most terrible place to shop. I have been robbed of over £60 as they don't reply to emails of cancellations nor refund any money to return buyers. I recommend all you babes to stay safe off this website if you want any quality items in true colour or blissful experience. Not to mention the items I bought resembled nothing but a bin bag and was poorer quality than something from the pound shop. STAY AWAY!

I ordered a few items early December which arrived 4 weeks later, obviously I didn't need them in January.
I then returned all the items, and I received one back saying it's non returnable (stretchy red dress) I hadn't even opened the packet up. I've emailed them multiple times. Do not order if this website

WARNING! This is a scam company when you going to return the items that cost you more than the price for the items you get. They are no responsible for the returns price. SCAMMERS

Received a dress that I did not want. Material not good. Cut of the dress bad. Customer service admitted to sending the wrong dress so I payed $25 to ship back. Few days later said they didn't make a mistake and will only issue a credit and no refund for $25 return shipping. Payed $132 in total to receive and return this dress to receive a $100 store credit. Not reliable company. Replied to my emails a week at a time. This site is risky. If you think you might return something don't bother with this site. Will lose a lot of money

Ordered items from them then received a dispatched email a few days later with a link to track but with no tracking number! It's been up to 3 weeks now and nothing. Won't respond to my email and also sent them a message direct Instagram which they've ignored but they are cheekily responding to new customers I'm the comment section under their photos and then when I left a comment querying my order my comment was deleted twice and direct message still ignored. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

If you're thinking of purchasing then let's hope it fits and you're happy with it because you're screwed otherwise. They refuse to give you your money back, you get a credit note instead. They ignore your comments on social media, take forever to reply to emails, don't refund you & when they do finally reply to emails it's a sarcastic email. Probably the worst customer service I've received in a long time which is a shame.

I am most unhappy about the service and the way they've handled (or failed to handle) my issue however, the products were also very disappointing. I ordered their "Abbie Metallic cardigan dress" and I was gutted because it was absolute nothing like the pictures, no way on earth you could wear it as a dress, it's a cardigan unlike the pictures.

Save yourself the hassle and order somewhere else, the customer service team are absolutely dire.

Bought an item that took over 10 days to even be sent, had to send back as it had arrived to late. Contacted customer services who said although it was outside of the standard del time, I wouldn't receive a refund. I had also purchased the same item again on next day del so it would arrive in time and that came with a huge pull in the trousers so had to send back, they have said it will take up to 20 days to even decide if this is faulty or not and if they deem it not they will not refund me. Over £100 down with no refund given for faulty or items received far too late. Customer service never respond unless you hound them and then even when they do, it's incredibly cheeky responses.

Really happy to have made the purchase of my clothes online here. The dress is beautiful and worth what I paid for. I will buy from here again.

Ordered in July a two piece and a dress, when it arrived I was shocked at how bad the quality was so I paid to return the items back to sorelle. Since then I've been chasing and chasing my refund (every couple of days) and was told it would be 28 working days which of course come and went, 37 working days later (over 3 months) I received a gift voucher and of course not my refund! Do not order from this company the customer service is the worst I've ever seen they simply just don't reply, they lie about the terms and conditions to keep your money and you wait months and months for your refund and the quality of the clothes is so bad it's actually quite laughable. The worst company I've ever ordered from and I will never be ordering from here again I hope people read this and are put off because I wish I did.

My daughter bought a 'Cami Diamante' dress from this company which tore immediately. She didn't realise they only had a 14 day return policy. We sent it back to ask for a refund and wrote to explain that the fabric was unsuitable for a garment but they did not respond to email. They simply returned the torn dress to us with no explanation. I would not recommend buying from them

I have been waiting weeks on my order, now told it's out of stock. I asked for my money back and no response. Absolutely scammers. Now asked 3 times to send money back and emails get ignored. Don't buy from here. Customer service is a joke. Non existent actually.

First order i received looked nothing like the picture and the quality was awful, i asked them for a refund and to send the item back but they just sent me a credit note! I just wanted a refund but they wouldn't give me one, i ordered a different dress with the credit note and the quality is even worse! It's a white dress it's completely see through! And the material feels horrible. Nobody has gotten back to me as of yet, save your money and shop elsewhere, so many issues with this store!
