I paid for my tv on 24th Nov 08. Promised delivery on 20th Dec 08 it never arrived, tried ringing just goes to answerphone no replies from emails. Look on site jabber there are many other like myself. I have notified my bank i suggest you do the same and try and get your money back. According to my bank even though i have paid with Mestro i will get a refund if they are a scam website the fraud squad have all their details. Has anyone got any further information on getting funds back or heard from Sorrocodirect today?

Sorrocodirect fraud website? - Ordered a Xbox 360 has not arrived, promised delivery on 15th, no note to say anyone has been, confirmed delivery on 20th, now 16:00 no sign, rang customer line... only 1 number for all customer sevices. No answer... answerphone... rang my bank... paid by visa card... entitled to claim back as not delivered. Bank will sort out... do the same. Ripped off, scammed, - ordered a nokia n95, delivery in 28 days didnt arrive contacted them via phone spoke to someone very nice and polite promised delivery by 18th, no phone. Went to the premises spoke to landlord of the building, he said nobody in unit most of the time, maybe somebody there 1 a week. PLEASES DO NOT ORDER THREW THEM. OTHER REVIEW THAT WAS GOOD PROBABLY WRITTEN BY THEM.

After all this confusion and pent up anger towards sorroco direct i must now eat some humble pie because today i received a call from them with an explanation as to what has been happening and then after an hour my money was refunded into my bank account.
I am now slightly more happier than i was a few days ago however it doesn't alter the fact that they never informed anyone as to what was going on from there end.
They must look at it from what all of us customers have been through in order to make sure our children are not let down.
Just a phone call would have made all the difference to me.
According to sorrocco they are in the process of issueing refunds to all those affected.
Anyway I hope everone receives there refunds and merry christmas to you all. **

Got this on 23/12/2008 and then on 24/12/2008 i had a email to refund the rest of my order �798 i was shocked when reading the email i replied back and said yes give me the refund, so i got another email to tell me the refund had gone through to my account, i checked online and...

Am just really shocked i got me refund after reading all these negative posts i thought ave been done but nope got the refund and also i got a XBOX 360 "ELITE" when i orderded and paid for the basic one!

People keep praying and i tell u wat ur gonna prayers gonna get answered soooon oh thank god!

As you may be able to read the posts above these are some of the positive feedback i mean you still get your negative ones how you resolve your query is entirely up to yourselves. I guess i must be one of the luck ones!
