My wife ordered 2 packs of lights for our garden at a cost of £45 after changing from US$. All we received was one small solar light which we could have purchased for £1 from any supermarket. Emailed the company twice but to no avail. DO NOT purchase anything from this company. You will just be another customer to get ripped off. Not even worth one star.

Paid but did not receive a receipt, a tracking number or even an acknowledgement of my order. Emailed but the poorly worded reply still did not give me them. Then received a tracking number which didn't work.

Eventually refunded me after my bank initiated legal action to recover the payment. THEN received a crappy solar light from China which I could have bought at my local hardware store for £1 - this went into the bin.

I ordered 2 sets o the solar flaming lights on 5/16/18 and they took $60.85 out of my account the same day. I have never received my order and have called the # several times and only get a recorded message to go online to their contact us email and someone will respond within 24 hours. No one has ever responded to my emails and I've sent several. So this company is frauding a lot of people by all the comments I've seen including me. Who do we report them too?

I ordered two sets of Garden flame solar lights. Charged me $61.85. After waiting for 8 weeks I received a cheap nasty solar light you can get from a pound shop, After complaining via e mail the appologisd. And said this has never happened before, do I want a replacement or a refund, I asked for a refund, now they ignore my repeated e mails Asking where my refund is. Should be banned from advertising on social media., I seen thier advert again today. On Facebook I Left a comment on there and it was removed within two minutes. Scammer.

I too today received a single "garden solar light" with on their shipping envelope a value of $4. Versus the 2 solar flame light poles. Just call your credit card and dispute it. Capital One reversed the charge from my account and will attempt to collect their money back in conjunction with their investigation. Recommend everyone else do the same. I also have my original purchase order and pictures of what was received including the shipping envelope with the details of what was enclosed.

I ordered solar flame lights, they charged my account instantly... got a false tracking number a few weeks later... send 3 separate emails, no response from any of them. They do not take phone calls. I have my bank helping to dispute the charge now.
This company is a total scam and I hope it can get shut down and fined.

Total bs got me big time so mad at myself should've checked the reviews online before my purchase. Got 2 lights worth 3.00 each.

So many people have fallen for their tricks. I ordered 2 solar flame lamps for $33 and they sent me something from Poundland. I contacted them and they apologised, said it was a picking error and asked if I wanted a resend or refund. I asked for a refund, but had nothing. Luckily I'd bought with Amex so they have credited my account and are going after them. We all need to do the same

We paid $84.00 for 6 Tiki Torch Solar Lights and received 1 cheap light worth 1.99 in store after waiting 6 weeks for shipping. We even canceled our order and asked for a refund because it was taking too long to receive!
We emailed, called and emailed again with ZERO replies! We filed fraud charges with our bank!
Stay away, and like we have learned, always REVIEW first!

Like many others on this site I too was ripped off. They advertised on Facebook a really cool solar light that mimicked a flame. There website looks pretty legit and shows all the right company's like BBB, Visa UPS, US Mail and secure checkout company. The cost for two lights was $32.90 with shipping and after 5 weeks and three emails to the company I received a seventy five cent solar light from China. When you call the company you get a recorded message only.
Do not give these scum bags any of your money, stay away.

Ordered beautiful lawn solar lights and got a $1 piece of crap, there were suppose to be 2 in a pack, got one, and ordered 3 so where are the rest? Shipping number provided was from China, took a month. Have disputed charges on my CC and have taken pictures to send them. Have demanded a refund, because their number is call BS, it's email Support! PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THESE CREEPS!

Ordered 2 flame solar lights when they didn't come I tried the tracking number, it was a fake. I then tried calling the phone number on the page and they tell you to email them. This company is a rip off. I reported to my credit card company and they are checking into it and will most likely end up removing the charge. Found them on ebay for just a little bit more, got them fast and they are really nice.

Same as the other reviews here, wish I would've investigated more before ordering. No product and no response from them after multiple emails. Contacted my credit card company and filed dispute, hopefully I'll get charge reversed.

Ordered set of 2 solar lights, paid by credit card. Eventually received 1 tiny light which was damaged. Contacted them and advised it was a mistake and they would send the correct items. Since then they have not replied to any of my emails. Currently taking out a dispute with my credit card co.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.

Ordered the twin pack of solar torch lights... This was early May, May 20th was finally shipped. Tracking number could not be found to track. Did not receive them. On June 3rd I contacted my credit card company and got issued a refund... now all of sudden in mail today June 8th I get this package from China and this is what I received... see pic...

The same as everyone else. Ordered and paid $139.00 and never received anything. This should be taken down from Facebook. Outrageous!

They are selling fake products which don't look like the ones shown in the advertisements! What you receive - if you ever receive your order - is a fake and cheap item! They are misleading customers and operate illegally! I ordered a set of 2 solar flame lights, but I finally received a small and cheap ordinary solar light...! Never again I trust this webshop! I also doubt if Ramadeals has the same management... same bad reputation of scamming people!

I ordered two sets of the flaming solar lights too. My credit card was charged $60.85 immediately. A month later I emailed them asking about the order and was told it would take awhile to ship. A week ago I received a solar light like the ones we used to get for a dollar only it was even cheaper made. I emailed them asking about it and have received no response. The add is no longer on Facebook so they obviously scammed all the people they could before they removed it. I will never trust any other ad on Facebook again. Lesson learned the expensive way.

I placed an order having seen an advert on Facebook. Still 6 weeks later I havent received my item, or can I contact them. Usually I dont get sucked in but their website appears like the real thing and feedback on Facebook was positive. AVOID.

I paid $60 and change for 2 set of solar flame lights. After waiting a month, I received 1 solar light worth about $1 at any Walmart store! I have called the listed number, & sent many emails, but have no! T gotten any satisfaction! I will probably have to write this off as a lesson learned. I have been emailing the company every day.
