I purchased their services on 2/26/16(Friday). I received no response from this company. Not even a notice of purchase. I waited until the 28th to make some sort of contact (giving the benefit of the doubt that its the weekend an a non-business day.) They responded Monday, not knowing my email or order# (Flag). Then they told me of course it takes 1-3 business days to complete my order. Ok cool. Today is the third of March, going into the 4th and I tried following up with whom I made payment to (TruGfx) because we're actually "friends on fb". I acknowledged respectfully to see what was going on with my order, he again asks for the order#. I provide it. He stops responding. So now, I figure I'll give him to the end of business to respond. Nothing. So I went ahead and disputed my purchase with PayPal and will do everything I can to make sure no one does business with person. Your talent means nothing if you can't simply handle your customers correctly. I don't care how many times you change your business name I will locate each one and make sure you won't get another click on your websites. Ever.

Spoke to Tru G personally. He is a good dude. I was angry, and hungry last night, plus I saw what everyone else was saying and let my emotions get the best of me. If you communicate with him he'll take care of you. So it actually was not all that bad of an experience. Who ever is working with him at SlimeDigital, needs to go. They're hurting his business.

I've been waiting two weeks for my layout and it hAs yet to be done. I would write them on their social media pages after they would continuously close out the complaints that I sent to their support team. After leaving remarks on their social media page they kept deleting them and finally added me and told me my site would be up that night (which has now been three days ago). Worst service EVER and I do not re comein ANYONE to invest their hard earned money on this site. I will be contacting paypal to get my money back tonight.

Got my layout within a few days, everything was done correctly, and they even sent me a free twitter background. Will definitely be shopping again in the future!

I've been waiting my pre made deisgn for 13 days and I'm sure they re scammers.Don't waste ur money and ur time! U will regret it.

Update: Oo my design is ready and works today. Ok, I will change my rating. They aren't scammers

I ordered a premade layout and it still hasn't been done. The website said 1-3 business days... I ordered it on a Sunday by Friday evening I sent them a message saying that it has been past and they responded very promptly and gave me a deal on my logo. I was happy because that said I would receive my layout,. Pdf doc, and logo in 1-5 business days the day we spoke. It is now past that deadline. I sent emails and went on their website to contact them but nooooooooo response. It bothers me because the layout on my sound click now was installed the same week i ordered it. I always got a response back no matter how many times I contacted the site. I just don't understand... I will give the company 2 more days then I'm taking the proper action to get ALL my money back plus some. This is ridiculous. I'm highly upset and very disappointed

I see a lot of people are not spreading the love. I can't speak for everyone but my experience was pretty good! They kept me updated with samples of my logo and my Soundclick design. They answered the phone and was available every time I called. I appreciate there great customer service and quality work! I would definitely recommend them to ALL Music producers and artist. My new graphic team hands down!

Probably the worse experience I have had to deal with in a long time. Don't believe that you will have customer service 24hours, try a week or two if you are lucky. Secondly, they will take your money and run unless you stay on top of them. I would never ever recommend using slimedigital for anything. They have a lot of growing up to do!

I wish I would've done the research prior to. CJ is scammer lol. Every post that mentioned money being taken, and taking forever to deliver is absolutely true. I have an open dispute with pay pal now and have been waiting for nearly two weeks 10 days. In the end it'll catch up.
FOLLOW - UP:@the request of Slime I finally received my product. Note: I had to file a complaint through PayPal just to receive a response from CJ, slime, tru G or whoeva THA fak it is. I sent emails to both slime digital and trugfx. Neither one replied. My recommendation, make sure you go through paypal to keep everything on a level field. No one likes to be ignored... especially after giving up dough. Maybe dude too busy I dunno but it took way longer than expected and I had to go through too much trouble to see if there was in fact a human on the other side! There it iz!

My experience with them was horrible as well! Uggh they took forever to do my s. C. and then they messed up the header and never fixed it. Once they get the money it will be weeks before u hear back from them. They respond back fast until u pay then they take their sweet ole time. Dont go to this site! You will regret it.

Don't waste your time with slime digital. Don't believe the bs about how one is a scammer and other might not be. Just go talk to people on soundclick and even paypal and everyone will tell you that slime digital and everyone associated with that brand is a SCAMMER! Right now they are trying to salvage their arse as much as they can so they come up with many ridiculous excuses one after another. Watch out for any other brand they might be going by now because once you are a scammer you will always be a scammer andif you don't pay attention you will get gotten like so many of us.

I bought a layout from slimedigital for my soundclick page and they never sent me my layout. I called and still they never sent my layout i waited over two weeks and guess what still no layout but they took my money... that has to be illegal i hope they get taken down some way

This is the most unprofessional website I ever worked with. It took them damn near 2 months to complete my website and they have done nothing but be rude and try to insult me. It baffles me that in this day in age people with this kind of attitude exist.

2 months and my website isn't even finished, there are errors, and they are not responding back.

SlimeDigital.com Did a GREAT job working on my SoundClick design. I ordered an Custom SoundClick layout from them and they are by far the quickest service I have ever used. I recommend them to anyone I know that needs and type of designs. If you have any problems over there or need a rep; just ask for Kevin, and tell him that Jeff sent you. He will take care of you! I will be using there services again as soon as i'm done loving my current design but they did such a great job I cant see that happening :)

Terrible service. He says 72 hrs to deliver the pre-made layouts, and take more than a week.

If you want your money back he just gives you the 50%. Totally unprofessional. There are many other websites like ThisIzMitchell.com or ThisIzHot.com that can give you much better service and work seriously.

Terrible service & website. Many mistakes on the Soundclick Layouts they provide. They do not reply to messages when you confront them about their poor work. They are cool people at first but once you pay the fee, they are difficult to work with. I do not recommend this website.

Wouldn`t recommend this site to anyone. If you get any errors on your purchase, it will take you forever to get it fixed and several frustrated emails. Sometimes they wont even respond to your emails. And if you get too fussy on them wanting to get the error fixed they will only respond in an angry manner.

Best site by far. I appreciate the work they created for me. Dope designs and projects are delivered in a timely manner. I understand quality sometimes take time so I was very patient with them, which paid off because I received a dope layout. Sattisfied customer :)

Bought a second layout from these guys, took 4-5 days but looks dope! Couldn't complain
