Be ware because this company is not returning refund. We returned the car June 19,2021. As per the terms that we signed the security deposit refund will be after 21 working days, now it is July 27,2021 and still no news from them. We tried calling them and been transferred to different persons and all did not help. Even their chat support on Whatsapp is useless and not responding to the messages. DO NOT RENT WITH THEM.

Make the mistake of giving them your credit card and you will regret for months and months. They will use it like their personal Free Expense account then give it to their brothers in India 6 months later i still have NOT received back my deposit 1000 dirhams and furthermore they keep debiting my card with fictitious charges How can a scratch suddenly show up 2 months later after i returned the car then they charged me UAE 600 and a further $100 for collection charges when their website says free collection from your hotel. These guys are serious criminals DO NOT USE THEM THE WORST CAR HIRE COMPANY IN DUBAI they are PROFESSIONAL SCAMMERS!

I have been facing a lot of difficulties from car rental companies in the past. The day I have started using their car my life has become so peaceful. The staff is awesome and cooperative. Car condition is up to the mark. I am very pleased with them.

I had a terrible experience with this car company in Dubai, and I feel compelled to share my dissatisfaction with their customer service. When I contacted them to rent a car, I made it clear that I needed one with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto for navigation purposes. They assured me that the car I requested had these features and charged me extra for it. However, when I received the car, it did not have the promised features, making it incredibly difficult to navigate while driving.

Upon complaining and requesting a replacement, they tried to blame us, suggesting that we didn't have the original iPhone and Android cables, even though we did. They eventually sent a replacement car, but it had the same issues, and once again, they placed the blame on us without even testing if the car's features were functioning properly.

To make matters worse, they attempted to charge us additional fees when we requested a complete change of car. Instead of offering a replacement at no cost given the inconvenience we had already gone through, they engaged in fraudulent behaviour by trying to charge us more money.

Throughout this ordeal, I spoke to five different people from the company, and each one gave me conflicting information.

It is extremely frustrating that the car is still with us, and they have refused to answer our calls or even check if we are okay. This level of customer service is completely unacceptable.

I strongly advise everyone to avoid this company to prevent being scammed. They have zero regard for customer service and safety, as evidenced by their failure to contact us until now. This experience has been beyond appalling. Please beware

Speedy Drive Car Rental UAE is the worst Car Rental Company in UAE. The rates are high insist on getting in a contract and trap customers. They don't give any statement of fines and Salik. The Staff is rude and un professional. One visit to their office means 2 hours wasted. The tall staff sitting is the orner mocks customers and passes running commentry even when he is not spoken to. The arrogant staff with Tatoos is a bully. I told him that received an email from his office that my contract is over and I have come to return the car he is insisting that one month is balance and I need to pay foreclosing charges even after the Manager is telling his the contract is over the guy with Tatoo is arguing with his Manger. The guy with Tatooand the tall guy dosen't even have minimum balance in their phones to call their service center. I had to give my phone to them to make that call. Thse who have read this message kindly donot take a rent a car from this place.

The car was super clean and hygienic with professional and cooperative staff to assist. It was a very good experience.

I was looking for car rental service according to my budget which was little bit less. So I called speedy drive and they provided me 2020 spark on monthly rental. Car was clean and price was within my budget. Thank you.
