This is a scam I cannot get my refund after sending numerous messages with no reply. No one has emailed me back or have not got a refund. Do not use this app. No customer service skills at all. Didn't work as advertised. Android phone. Do not use this app instead use Solution Team and have access to your target phone with just the target phone numbers only without touching the target phone.

Started interesting, when testing it myself, messages and calls seemed to get registered. However, this only lasted a day. It doesn't log anything important. Can't see calls/texts. Can't see 90% of what it promises. They also don't have customer support

It claims to monitor Snapchat. I got one message, then nothing. Our son uses SC 20* day. They have no way to reach them. I keep getting automated replies, no solutions. It won't let me set time restrictions. It gives me about half of the messages in regular text. I've asked for a refund. I'm certain I won't get it. Reading other's reviews, somehow it not working will be my fault. Google play has apps that actually work. Avoid this one.

Spyzie doesn't work okay for me, I had to resort to making extensive research and I eventually came across a better company on the net, I'll recommend you go for them as I've used them and they gave me the best service l, I got access to my spouse device in less than 4hours. This software is NOT as described. In order to monitor WhatsApp and other social media you need to root an Android device. This is not made clear on Spyzie's website. Do not buy for Android unless you are able to root your target phone.

Emailed within the 7 day refund window to request a refund as I'm not able to root the target phone and was told their workaround is for me to take screenshots of the notification bar whenever they received a WhatsApp message. Pathetic. From the short and rude responses I get the impression this is a one man band operation.

This app is just a money-waster. I didn`t want to prolong my subscription as this app works horrible, but they did it without asking. What`s the hell? Are you crazy? I want to get my money back.

I purchased the year premium pack to monitor my daughter's Iphone. Could never even load the software due to 2 step Verification. Tried emailing Spyzie 4 times. There is only an email no phone number. I requested a refund and never have received a response to technical support questions or refund request emails.

Don't ever try the service of Beta Hacking Service. He or Eric Stewart is a complete lie/ scam. Promised me that job could be done in 2 hours, then say within 12-24 hours. Then sent a ready-made forwarded text saying that the spybot is not powerful enough and he needed more money to buy more expensive 'bugs' and all is a lie. You have been warned. This app is a total crap with the worst customer support ever. I `ve spend a lot of time writing dozens of letters to their e-mail. Neither reply nor help I got. I must be a fool to trust you. That`s shame!

It is not possible to monitor group chats on WhatsApp and Viber. Why so? What`s the difference between group and simple messages? It is a total pain.

I totally recommend "incfidelibus". It gave me a peace of mind that my child was not being bullied and used his phone responsibly. The ability to see both sides of a conversation is also very helpful. The keylong (keystroke record) is a very useful piece of information. Tech support is quick to respond. GPS feature works well. A good plus to everything else you can see. I have no issues at all, and would recommend it.

Spyzie claims it's works on iPhone before i paid but after I paid I realized it's all lies. Spyzie can't pass the two step Authenticator on iPhone and I requested for a refund but wasn't given. I seek an alternative and bought full phone cloning access from hacking clubs and it's works perfectly. I commend hacking clubs instead.

I tried so hard to build my family with love and care meanwhile my so called husband was out there looking up these young ladies on instagram, I noticed that he often stays on his phone texting and doesn't even want to keep his phone down for a minute. I intentionally asked him one day if there's anything he's hiding from me but he said No not knowing that I already know what's going on because when it got too much for me i decided to make inquiries on how to hire a private hacker to get his phone hacked and my therapist came through for me by introducing me to a ha*cker that will help get the job done. He did what i asked him to do and now can monitor my husband's phone remotely without him noticing. He still carter for his family though I don't know why he's out there looking up young ladies on the Gram. This app is rotten! I wasted my time, money and efforts and saw nothing I wanted. This app if filled with constant errors and it takes years to update the current info.

I signed up for the 7 day trial and right away realized that it doesn't work as promised on IOS. I asked for a refund and got greeted with a reply of we are on vacation which extended past 7 days. They ignored me until after the 7 days and replied with this rude email.

"We don't have any free trial. 7 day refund means we will refund if Spyzie does not work within 7 days. We will not refund this order since there is nothing wrong with our program"

BUYER BE WARNED. It's a SCAM and you will loose your money.
