We ordered replacement boat seats from StadiumAllstar. What a great deal, fast shipping and best price. Could not be happier, This company is Great! Honest, Good Shipping and Great Service.
I ordered the 12x12 canopy tent, it arrived pretty fast, i was impressed until i opened up the box and put the tent together, the canopy had little holes,and we all know when it rains, these little holes turn into a funnel for water, i emailed them back the same day i received the tent and was replied with to not threatened them, on their site, it states, no if packages were opened, there would be a 20% restocking fee. Well how does anyone know if it's good until you actually put it together? You can't. So i emailed them saying i will be disputing this with my credit card company, they replied to not threatened them. I won't be buying again from this company!

Purchased a canopy tent Order#: ******* placed on 02/01/2023). Immediately charged. They created a fedex shipment number but have not sent it to fedex.
They are unresponsive to emails and don't have a phone number. Don't waste your time or money
Update: sales responded to one of multiple inquiries stating tent I ordered was out of stock. They have returned my payment to my account
This is simply nonsense, the item shipped directly from the manufacturer on 2/3. There was an issue with the shipment and the item returned to the manufacturer. The buyer was notified of the issue via email and was immediately refunded. He sent 1 message, not multiple and it was responded to. This site allows anyone to write and say anything, just check out all sporting goods sites on this site, they trash everyone. The name of this site alone should clue you to the purpose of this site - allow anyone to say anything true of false.
If I had read the other reviews, I probably wouldn't have bought this. Free shipping, the lower price and unique style. However; what was shown and what I got, was different. I understand that there are variations in products, but show me the alternates and I would've paid more. Finally, there was no communication after the initial order confirmation email. After over a week, I searched for the confirmation email and could not find it. I figured I accidently deleted it. A few days later, the package arrived at my porch and on the same day, was an email confirming a delivery. I guess I'm lucky to receive it

After a week of hearing nothing, they said that the credit card company canceled the sale, and that I needed to re-place the order.
I tried to get them to respond to additional emails, but they didn't respond.
I'll pay more somewhere else. At least I'll probably get a response.

There is no one to talk with by phone. They interacted only through email.

Got a great price on a UNC tailgating tent. When ordered the site said item in stock. I emailed after 2 weeks when I didn't get any shipping confirmation. Unlike other posts I had an email reply within 24hrs. Was told the item had been on backorder, but was now in. Sent a 2nd email after 2 days and received the item the next day.
It is frustrating that this company does not have a phone number, but they did respond to emails.
Do not purchase ANYTHING from this seller. They do not have anyone to reach if you need anything, they don't answer emails. My order sat in "processesing" for weeks. Finally one of the eight items I ordered shipped and it was the wrong item. I can't get in touch with anyone to cancel the rest of the order and ship this one back. I have filed a claim with my cc to have the charges reversed as fraudulent. Don't do business with them!

I originally ordered a golf bag from StadiumAllstar and after a week's period of time my funds finally transferred and I thought the bag would soon be on its way. 2 days after this, I still hadn't received any shipping information and my order remained in "processing" status. I went to Google and saw some of the reviews here that customers had previously posted and I became worried that I had been taken. I immediately emailed SA and also tried calling their listed number, however, it turned out to be a private number for someone in Kansas. I would have liked to talk to someone in person to discuss the situation but I couldn't even reach them. They did respond to my emails and I expressed dissatisfaction with how things were proceeding and that I wanted to cancel the order. They responded that they would happily cancel the order and reimburse me for what I paid. I was reluctant to believe it but 2 days later to their credit and decency they returned the funds to my bank account no questions asked. I haven't purchased many items online, but perhaps I could have been more patient being as the shipping was free. In any event, while not having the best experience with Stadium Allstar, at least they did the right thing and returned my money.
Ordered a product on a Saturday, said it was in the "final stages of processing" on Sunday. Had to send an email on Wednesday to get an update since it hasn't been shipped.
Was told the item i purchased is "unavailable and at this time the we will cancel the order".
So not only was the product i bought not listed as unavailable on their website, they also seemingly were not going to do anything about my order until i reached out 4 days after the fact…
Lastly, them "cancelling my order" doesn't keep my bank from pulling those funds from my available balance, but they act as if "no money was transferred" so it's ok even though that money is not available for me to use because it's tied up in a pending charge.
If it looks like a scam, acts like a scam then it's probably ….

ORDERED ON 10/19. NEVER RECIVED ORDER, NEVER HEARD BACK AFTER NUMEROUS VM's AND EMAILS. No customer service at all! All site says is processing. Steer clear and save yourself the aggravation.

I ordered a UC blanket for my nephew's graduation. I was attracted by the fact it literally states on the website..."Most items ship from our warehouses in 2-4 business days. With standard delivery most items arrive in 7 - 10 business days, although in for many items it can be much faster, more like 3-5 business days"...as I was hoping to get the gift before his graduation celebration. I didn't get it in time, which didn't surprise me, as I knew I was cutting it close, but I assured my nephew I'd have it when he came to visit at the end of the month.
Three emails and one voicemail later, my order still says Processing (It states the product is in-stock, so that should not be the issue.), and nobody has returned my messages. My nephew will be here next weekend, so I am now disputing the charge and will order the same blanket from Rally House in hopes he has it next weekend.
I'm not a complainer; however, to be completely ignored is just not okay if you want to run a successful business. Even if the blanket was going to take longer to get here, RESPOND AND LET ME KNOW, so I know if I need to replace the gift or not. I've taken screenshots of the item indicating it is in-stock, as well as of my order confirmation that STILL says processing. (I ordered on June 5...it is now June 23.)
I rarely write negative reviews; however, I would not recommend this company, especially if you are depending on their shipping advertisement to be truthful/legit or value good customer service.:-(

I purchased a golf bag July 2,2023 and never received my bag. Also, phone calls and emails were ignored after two weeks from placing my order online. My financial institution thankfully credited me my money back. Save your frustration and order your products from a reputable site.

I ordered a University of Michigan football was charged immediately for it, which I understand. What I do not understand is how they can say "may take up to 21 days to ship" and then after 30 days still be at the "processing" stage. I had to request my money back through PayPal because there is no customer service number and they do not reply to their emails. So after filing a complaint through paypal, stadium allstar refunded my money and canceled my account. Which is fine because I will NEVER do business with them again, and I suggest you don't either.
WE are sorry there is some misnderstanding, the item ordered was very clearly noted "OUT OF STOCK" He placed an order for the item which went to back order, the order was refunded and cancelled after he decided he did not want to wait any longer. Out of Stock means the item is not currently available to ship, not sure how wer could be any clearer.
Placed order on-line February 8th. Credit card was charged the next day. One week later, I checked the status and it shows the order is being processed and everyday since I see the same message, The message also has stated since I first checked it that I can't make any changes because it it in the process of being shipped or has shipped. I called the number I found on-line and got a voicemail stating to send an email. Sent an email 4 days ago and still have not received a response. This truly poor customer service and will be contacting the Better Business Bureau along with my credit card company to dispute the charge.

This is slot of money and if Stadium cannot guarantee my order I will take my business elsewhere. Seeing as you have lots of negative reviews I would like to be the change and indeed leave a positive review. Stadium can you back this purchase?

Purchased a bike through Sears website from StadiumAllStar. I erroneously ordered the wrong size, so that's on me. Tried contacting StadiumAllStar with no success. Sent bike back and still have not received refund or any notice! Do not order from Sears, since they have washed their hands of this issue. And do not order anything from StadiumAllStar! Now I am out $121 and a bike! Shop somewhere else!
I will update my review if Stadium AllStar does what Fed Ex has requested and launches an investigation to find my package. I am not sure why they are refusing to launch an investigation, that is a little concerning. I placed my first order with Stadium AllStar for a tailgate tent. I asked for it to be delivered to the name of my company, my name, and then my address since we have 5 different businesses that share the same address in the strip mall. I called right after my order said it was delivered since I didn't get it and asked who signed for it and where it was delivered. Since Fed Ex is saying it was delivered to the numerical address (not the full requested delivery address) and it was signed for that it was delivered. It was delivered to the wrong company and someone else took it, and all Stadium All-star has to do is request the delivery be investigated so that this situation can be righted and they are refusing to do anything more. They keep sending me an email telling me that Fed Ex says it was delivered and it was signed for. It concerns me that they aren't trying to make things right and do what is right by the customer.
I ordered a Marine Fuel Tank on April 24,2020. The same day they sent an e-mail confirmation and debited my account for the money. It is now May 8,2020 and still no update on my order. The Customer Service phone number does not work. I have sent multiple e-mails with no response. This has to be the worst company I have ever done business with in my life.
Nonsense, the item shipped via Fedex # 770425969052 the tracking was automatically sent to the buyer. We just checked our email system and do not see 1 single email from this guy.
Buyer beware! I'd give them no star if that was an option. If you actually want to receive what you order and pay for, this is not the place to go. As another reviewer said, "They take your money, give no status, ship no product", and even giving them the of the benefit of the doubt, if you try to follow up, they don't return phone calls and their contact email does not work. My Order was placed on Dec 10 for pennants. No word from retailer. Called number on website today (12/23) and a fellow Named Kevin says it is not the correct number for this business. Uh-oh!

I placed an order on 7/16/20 order #******* and the money was withdrawn out of my account. I did receive an email stating it had been shipped with a tracking order. When I click on the tracking order it just states a label has been made but nothing else. FedEx advised I contact the company which I have tried several times via email but no response.
The money was withdrawn from my account and has a phone number *******302 listed. I sent a text to that number to see if I was for StadiumAllstar and someone texted back stating it isn't the correct number.
Very poor customer service. I just wanted an answer to my request regarding my order that I paid for!

I purchased a bike from stadium all star and 3 days later I cancelled. The reason why I cancelled is because I noticed that the money for the bike was already posted to my credit card before a shipping notification was received. That itself is questionable. 4 days after I cancelled a received a shipping confirmation email stating the bike was on the way. When I emailed stadium all star regarding their confusion, they denied responsibility for them shipping the bike anyways and are still attempting to involve me in their problem. Shaking my head...
Horrible. I ordered a golf bag and I have tried to get ahold of anyone by phone or email and no one responds. Due to the lack of response and my order saying processing for 16 days, I emailed asking for a refund and cancel my order, I have yet to hear back or see my money. I would love to give the benefit of the doubt, but no one answers. If I could give zero stars, I would.
I am not one to complain, but Stadium All Stars is a very sleazy operator. They charged my credit card 6 weeks ago, no word on my order and no way to contact them. There is mo reason to order from them as there are many options available.
