"Cancelled my item before it was even processed and shipped. They kept promising to refund but 4 weeks now and no still no refund. I eventually had to call my credit card and dispute the charge. "So sorry. Our sale department is still working on Dec 22 but accouting dept has left for the holiday until Jan 1st" was their latest excuse. Pathetic!"

I did have an initial error with pricing not reflecting correctly once I added to my cart, but called and got excellent customer service.
Shopping was easy, but editing a credit card locked up and I had to restart the process twice until the changes saved.
The gobos I received were the ones I ordered and apparently I have to write 50 characters in the review or I can't post. Dumb
Found exactly what I needed-quickly. Pricing is about what I expected, but shipping for less than 1/2 pound of gel plastic sheets (2 pieces!) cost waaaaay toooo much. Ridiculous.
Your sight is pretty easy to find my way around considering how many products you have. I am not a lighting tech, so some of the jargon of the product names is tough for me, but you have good pictures and that wasn't even too much of an obstacle, so decent job on that, too. Checkout was easy.
Customer service was outstanding. I ordered a very inexpensive part for a littlite but, made a mistake in my order. These folks truly went the extra mile to assist and correct my order. I will definitely recommend them to anyone in need of their products. Thanks again Stage Lighting Store!

It would be nice if there was a quick access list. we plan to purchase the same items over and over as needed by jobs. it would be helpful to have a wishlist or a quick draw list that I can go into and grab the items I know work best because they would be the same item as last time. I know how to go the long way into previous orders, however thats not as fast as it could be.
had a lot of trouble completing order last night. tried at least 4 times but cursor kept swirling and even after taking cc info, order would not complete. better luck this AM

shopping was fine, product range is good, but the check out experience was frustrating. There was some sort of hangup once entering the credit card. The "Saving" screen hung up a couple times. Maybe user error, but after a couple minutes I had to quit the page and come back. I sure hope my CC info isn't floating to long out there in cyber space!
Products are good quality and price as well as easy to find on website, However, I do feel the shipping is a bit much for what we ordered.

It went great. It felt a little uneasy being required to use the custom Gobo category for stock gobos on account of the size, but not be told the cost wouldn't change. So it led me to wonder how long it would take if it would hold up the rest of the order, so I called. The lady was quite pleasant and I was thankful I didn't get voicemail.

For some reason, it kept asking me to re-enter my CSV number from my credit card, even though it was the correct number every time. I eventually had to just use a different card altogether. Kinda frustrating!

Major problems with processing a credit card. Wouldn't work with AMEX. Changed to VISA but it kept switching back.

Had a problem in entering payment...kept saying reenter..but all was correct. Took 3-4 times to get it to go.
Easy site to negotiate. Price is fare. Communication with Stagelighting on order confirmation, when items shipped, and when it was delivered excellent! Many types of lightning needs addressed on web site. My need was for landscape lighting. I had a packaging from a previously installed lamp. By matching the make and specifications it was an easy ordering process. Package received well protected and in timely manner. Good Job Stagelighting!!!!
Your website is not mobile friendly and I couldn't get through the newsletter step because it opened off screen. I almost bought it from B&H instead but then when I closed my browser and came back in it got around it. Also the item said that it would ship for free then it charged me $18 for shipping. I like your price but dislike your website. It is not friendly to use. Also we tried finding all the items on a laptop but the remote could not easily be found by searching the site.
