Package was received with all of the kits' noted parts. I would have given this rating a 5, but noted the packing slip had part information only and the parts packaging had part numbers. The correlating part numbers on the packing slip would be beneficial for assembly as well as, accounting for all parts.
This company's web site descriptions for its products are often incorrect. The charge an exuberant amount to return and restock items, even when THEY send the wrong parts. They don't carry classic 4x4 parts and they don't tell you that anywhere in most ads so BEWARE!
