My account was banned for two days and I couldn't access their customer service. Finally found an email to email them. I decided I was going to dispute the charge on my credit card since my account was banned without explanation. Got an email a day after saying I was banned for life now. Reached out to customer service again and they said "Your IP being banned was the escalated issue to be reviewed and resolved." However they never told me this or anything until after the fact. They told me because I disputed the charge I'm banned for life. I told them if they would have sent an email explaining this I probably wouldn't have disputed the charge. The customer service only became helpful when I contacted them first and kept asking the same question of why I was banned. They kept saying it was due to the dispute even though it happened before that. I kept asking and they gave me the answer finally.
Be careful when signing up for a subscription.

Study resources are limited while expensive. If you intend to subscribe to one month, remove your payment details immediately after confirmation. They do not refund even if you didn't use their service for an unintended renewed subscription. They do not send renewal subscription reminders either. Not worth it.

I didn't love the first few tutors I was assigned on Studypool, but with my third question, it's been grea. I'm glad I gave it one last try!

A friend told me about this site like 3 years ago, when I lost my job as a teacher in 2021 I applied to work as a tutor at Studypool. First, it was kind of hard trying to have good success, once I learned how to work with students online, I really improved my earning, to the point that it's my main source of income and the best of all is that you just need to invest your knowledge, time and effort, nothing else!

I totally recommend this place to earn online.

I'm a teacher by trade, so the opportunity to work with Studypool seemed like a natural fit. After spending hours answering their knowledge questions, I got this message: "Your application looks strong but we cannot accept you due to an excess in new tutors." My question is, why are they wasting people's time? Why allow anyone to submit an application at all if you know you have too many tutors? Unless of course, there is another reason. It also seems fishy to me that the positive reviews on this site have been flagged as paid. I would stay away.

I had a lot of difficulty finding good information for my university projects and some of my classmates told me about this site, so I decided to start using it and the site really have a lot of content available and not just about one subject... Now every time I have to do research work I don't hesitate to look for the information on this site. I found really good content about health related topics!

I'm studying to be a doctor, I'm on my 1st year. One thing I love to do is to take notes and draw a lot the human body parts, cells structure and nervous system. I did't thought it was so easy to sell something that I would't thought I will get money from. I saw a video on TikTok selling notes and I gave it a try and I just made a sale of that note, I'm amaze how you can make money online now days. I hope I can sell more :D

First the only answer I got was terrible, but customer service was even worse. It was almost like a greedy owner would not give me a refund. Its not like it was three months later, it was literally the day of the subscription and I did not ask any questions. Would not recommend to anyone. Look ELSEWHERE.

Studypool is an excellent platform for the students seeking help for their homework and for the tutors who aim to have an extra income while studying. Personally, I have been earning a good amount of money every month by helping several students with their tasks. To anyone looking for a sign to apply now or even seek help for their academic activities, this is the sign you've been looking for. It's worth it! No kidding.

In the first look at their website, they describe becoming a tutor as simple as possible, and by going through the application for hours, finally, you'll get rejected and maybe by a robot. They didn't provide any explanations, and even worse, they don't have enough guide to new tutors out there. (My question is, why are you considering new tutors, and you know the system will reject them?)
Also, by looking and searching genuinely, I found that they have fake reviews (paid reviews) that don't reflect the reality.

I attempted to become a tutor on this platform and also uploaded some top documents. I thought I did everything correctly and did not miss anything. However, my application was still rejected despite my perfect work. I want to caution others that even if you are a professional and can type well, they may still reject your application or even steal your work. Therefore, I suggest staying away from this platform as it is a waste of time and not worth trying out. Thank you.

Very good site. I used it to buy some study notes and then found out that if I upload my notes I can get free academic essays. The bank of notes (the repository) has a lot of content from different universities, really useful right

Also the interface is fool proof so it's easy to navigate

I was stuck in some math studies of algebra and wasn't able to find any help for a fair price. Studypool helped me on that, and the tutor was really fast and precise! Everything I needed.

I worked as a tutor with Studypool and the experience was great at first but it quickly declined because for them the customer is always right. Some students will get a refund even they are in the wrong. That is however not my biggest problem since most students are easy to work with. My problem with them is that they have hired more tutors than there is work. My account was temporarily put on hold because apparently, they don't have enough clients. Why would they hire tutors if there are no jobs?

I'm a retired teacher and I missed my students. After retiring, I started looking for online options and came across Studypool. At first I didn't understand, but by contacting customer support they were able to guide me through. They told me I could select my time and pricing. I was excited to start again by doing what I love the most. Months later, I now have regular students that seek my help.

As a student of computer science, it is quite difficult to find help online in the fields of programming and web design. Most of the info you may find appears on forums, where the users involved are not qualified or do not know what they are talking about. Lucky enough, in studypool you can see tutor's profiles and check their background. When you find the tutor that works best for you, you can even contact them directly via messenger and start having a chat if you need to before hiring them. If this is the future of finding help online, then I think it's great.

I am a tutor at Studypool, to be honest, when I first startet I thought it wasn't going to be that good, but from the beginning I started to make some extra money. It is perfect, 5/5 stars for them!

I have successfully completed all the task but in the end they rejected my application by saying

Like these guys don't have common sense? If you don't have vacancy then why are wasting our precious time and shake our confidence.

This site is really helpful, had a last minute assignment on a biology report about the layers of the skin and got an A+. It was on a Sunday afternoon and lucky for me this service is 24/7.

All this site wants is to highjack your work, and give you nothing in return. They claim there are too many tutors to hire more, which would allow you to actually earn money using the site. Since they would only need to pay tutors if they actually got paid first, it cost them nothing to let people tutor, and I know of no one that has actually earned money from just selling documents. And you can't delete documents once you've uploaded them.
