Claim Your BusinessI'm a refrigeration mechanic and have been for 55 years. I have had to repair fewer Sub Zero products than any other brand, But you get what you pay for as the saying goes. I have been to there factory and school. And learned much to improve the other brands I've worked on.
Purchased a 24 inch under counter Sub-Zero Wine Cooler in 2014 for over $ 3500 from Renwes Sales, was told by the sales rep it is the best product ever made, will last at least 20 years. Well 8 Years later the evaporator Coil is cooked. Cost of Labor to replace it $ 2000.00. I have a WhirlPool Fridge made in 1992, transported over 4 states, 2 Country's,works like a charm. Sub -Zero treated it like a Baby, cooked in 8 Years. Sub-Zero makes Junk
I waited ten months and paid $15,000 for the classic 42" refrigerator freezer. Upon installation the freezer doesn't work, ice maker doesn't work, can't open ice drawer, inside filling with frost! Subzero says I have to wait six weeks for a repair person. I am furious, I want them to remove this item and replace it with a working unit or refund my money and I'll get a KitchenAid

Bought a subzero under the counter ice maker for my house and after a week it never worked again! Service is horrible, They came to try to repair it and always with an excuse of a different part to be change, they did not recognize the warranty, The result after a year I decided to buy another brand. Being a restaurant franchaise owner for 25 years and owned several ice makers and never happen this type of horrible service. I do not recommend subzero.

This company is not focued on customer service at all. The service rep had no personality, and had to come back to service our air conditioner three times before we had any cool air. Poor service plus no sense of urgencey to follow up will equal another small company going out of business.
Don't use Sub Zero air conditioning service if you want it done right the first time and any proper customer service.
